I was elated that I was chosen to work with someone right away. I am not at all surprise that since meeting with her. I have not received not one email, nor a phone call to follow up on the request she had made. I hope all the case workers are not the same. I was asked to provide something to confirm my limitations. Really, did she ask for this after going over some spill as if Im available to go out and engage in work. If that was the case I could have continue driving school buses for heaven sake. Why are you asking me for additional medical information when I provided you with medical release of information to all my current medical providers. I am at a loss for words.
