I went in on 9/26 at about 11am-12pm. I just want to say that the service the women behind the counter showed me was impeccable.I thought I had already gone through the procedure for returning a product online. When I arrived I had not and the women helped me navigate the process correctly.

Friendly staff and very easy to return things now a days.Construction is going on in the front door. And only from the front view you can see the door of this place. From other sides, it looks like they have blocked the premises. Dont get confused, the building is still there.

WOW! Amazon is SO smart. What a cool concept! They have everything you need to ship! Tape, scissors, box 📦 cutter, bubble wrap, tape gun, writing utensils etc. They are super helpful and informative if youve never made a return there and you can even send some of your UPS returns there if they have a second barcode.I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area. Dont bother with the post office, THIS is where its at.Super cool, hip add trendy decor too. Im diggin it.AWESOME!

Gotta drive slowly to not miss this one due to construction but other than that, its quick (on this Friday morning), easy and mostly convenient :)

Terrible location! Maybe ok for UW students but absolutely HORRIBLE for everyone else. No parking! Hidden side door. Avoid at all cost. Wait the extra day for shipments directly to you!Horrible, horrible, horrible! Side door shown in pic and across all that lawn is pay street parking.

Was able to print for free a label for a returning item and drop off. Cooperative staff.Went for a second time for checking if I was able to return-drop a Prime Wardrobe package which I was supposed to drop at a UPS store which was closed the time I checked in. Amazon accepted it here. Wonderful, thanks!The pick-up tech seems awesome, didnt try it myself sofar but want to check it soon.

The new guy in this store is very lazy, and very confrontational. I had two items that came in. Only one of the items was ready pickup. It was 1 in the afternoon and the truck came at 10am. I was informed that there was a pallet of 4 hundred items and that it would take all day. Lmao yeah okay pal. I have worked in warehousing all my life, and never have I heard such an exscuse. The person that worked there before him was much quicker at getting things in and out. And yes I do hope Amazon see this review!

There are only two parking stalls, so if you stop by during peak hours it can be a bit hectic. For non-college students who need to get here by car, it isnt situated in the most convenient location on campus (W. Johnson is a one-way street), but getting in and out isnt bad. Package drop-offs are very convenient.

This location has super customer service.. I just arrived 15 minutes early before they opened and started walking back to my car on one of the employees open the door and said he would take my package for me. The kind of service is the best for me it was going to be annoying for me to .. have to come back later today.Great job Amazon employee whoever you are

I like the way it is set up, especially with COVID going on. I dont have to talk to anyone, just pick up my package. Unfortunately it is difficult for me to access. They also returned an item on the 11th of August when I have at least 3 emails stating I had until the 13th. Now I have to reorder them.

Super convenient (once you get in the store), you can bring your item there as is and package it there for free...you can print your label, use their shipping materials (bags/boxes/envelopes/tape) all for free. I am sure it is a great location for the students who live near by but I work nearby and it is quite the pain to get there by car and there is also only 2 parking spots so that is really annoying. thankfully only one time i went there it was full, most the time people are in and out in 5 mins so there is no wait to use packaging items or park.

Great location. Quick, reliable, and ships to faster than to your door. Hours can be limiting, but honestly quite generous. They also give out free stuff once in awhile, so sometimes you come home with your package and a sample of a product / Amazon merch.

Customer service from Amazon is always good, there is always someone willing to help. The pick up is easy, you just need the bar code that Amazon will give you, scanning from the phone was really easy. They also have supplies for returns, like tape and boxes.

If it weren’t for impossible parking, this would be five stars. Staff are friendly, helpful, and on top of things. Great shipping option that I have been pleased with. I often get my order a day faster, too.

Great convenient little drop off location, very friendly helpful staff. A little hard to find from Google maps directions but its on the far left side on the front of the building, youll see the Amazon sign out front. Small parking lot but its enough for a few cars

Friendly staff and very convenient for pickups if you live in an apartment and cant be home to sign, etc. Also, returns are a breeze and you Re refunded almost immediately. Staff is friendly and helpful if you have any issues and the storefront is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Really fast returns, just hand it off and thats it if you printed everything off at home before, otherwise there are kiosks for going through the process there. I got a notification on my phone long before I was home that they had it.The biggest problems I have are that having two parking spots could be an issue, but with how fast most things should be there it shouldnt take long for one to open up. Also being downtown makes it a little more of a pain, it does make it a little more central to any one in the greater madison area though.

Love this place! Made my life so much easier! In case you are in Madison and want something to be delivered there instead of to your out of town mailing address, this is your spot! Also the one day pick up option, I’ll take that all day, everyday!

I have only used this feature once but it was super easy to do. I was running late and didnt leave much time between my arrival time and when they close. The guy working talked me right through what I needed to do to get my package and I had it so quickly. And this probably isnt super important in the scheme of things but it was so futuristic and a different experience that I want to order for my package to be shipped there again just to experience it all over again!

This is located in the worst possible location! Unless of course you live on the uw campus. There are two designated parking stalls and only one way to get in/out! Without having attended school there to understand the streets and area itd be very hard to find this place. Only upside is you truly just drop your packages and go...if u can get parking.

I had the best customer experience today. Drove up at 8:30 am not knowing they didnt open until 9 am. Was dark inside but walked up to the door anyway thinking there might be a drop-off area (not, locked). Returned to my car and noticed someone waving at me from inside. She met me at the door and, although they werent open yet, took my return anyway so I wouldnt have to make another trip! YES. That, right there is customer service 101... hats off (special shout out) to that employee!

Super easy to drop off and if you go during off-peak hours the parking couldn’t be easier. They had all tape and packing materials you could need. Showed up with a pre-printed mailing label and my return in the original plastic bag and all I did was tape the bag closed and and the guy working their took it. When my return is logged by amazon and my money is deposited, I will update this to 6 stars. Oh wait.... I can’t.
