Took money out of my security deposit for no reason. The wont answer my phone calls or call me back. I went to their office and the doors were locked.

Sheri is the best person there.Update:They will be incredibly particular with your security deposit, even if your apt. sup looks through and approves the cleaning job. If you want more info, email, they should have photos. Be more thorough than you think, even if the stuff you scrub is NOT coming off.

Patricks been a fine landlord. Nothing to rave about, but better than most Madison landlords. Maintenance has always come through when we ask and you gotta love his office assistant Sheri.

We just moved in about a month ago. The Landlords have been amazing. One of our biggest concerns was the management moving in, because we read the reviews, but that was immediately proven wrong. For example, our heat went out and they did everything they could to fix it... gave us space heaters, offered to put us in a hotel, and called me personally to ask how they could help. Typically I am skeptical of landlords, but they have been next to perfect!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Everything will be all fine and dandy while youre living there, unless you want eviction notices before your rent is even due, and get threatened with small claims court. Then they have the balls to charge me $400 out of my security deposit for painting when I sublet the last month to somebody, there is no way in hell he moved in, moved his stuff out so they could paint, and then moved his stuff back in. Id bring them to court if I wanted to deal with it, but I dont.

Similarly to Teague, Patrick did everything to take the entirety of our security deposit. We moved into an old house, and Patrick expected that we would return it as if it were brand new. Beware, take lots of photos when you move in.

Had a horrible experience with Patrick. House was falling apart on move in. They did little to no cleaning upon move in. Maintenance requests were answered within a few weeks and often “resolved” with zip ties. Extra money was taken out of the security deposit with no itemization or justification.

Had to threaten to sue to get safety deposit back, even after showing pictures of the place on move in day that showed existing damage and state of cleanliness.
