Dan is very knowledgeable and easy to work with! We met him early in our house buying process and he was very easy to work with. He is very responsive and takes time to make sure you understand the process. He even took extra time on each home to point out the negative components related to a purchase. We felt that he took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house. He took time to explain his reasons behind certain negotiation strategies. We are in the process of buying our first home, in a favorite neighborhood, under budget, and with no hassle! If we move in the future, he will be our first call!

I usually do not write bad reviews. But i decided to write this one, so that others will be wary of this agent (Jolenta Averill). One of the worst realtor agent i have seen. She has a lot of attitude. She uses lot of tricks to betray the clients. Recently i sold my house in sun prairie. She was the buyer side agent at that time. Just 1hr before the closing, she blackmailed me saying that the air conditioner is not working and closing wont happen until its fixed. How can she expect to come down the home temperature in 1hr from 80 to 75 if the outside temperature is 90. I could not bear the kind of betrayal she tried to do and at that moment i decided not to sell the house anymore, but sold it for personal reasons. Try to avoid this agent and you will be happy. If you hire her as an agent she will never make you purchase house you want.

We had a not so great experience with her as the sellers agent. I would double check any work the sellers agree to with your own specialists (maybe two opinions).

Hard working, super friendly and just a generally awesome person! I dont think I could have done this without Jolenta! This was my first time buying a house and I came into it not knowing pretty much anything about anything. My first mistake was using an alternative website to try and find out some information on a condo I was slightly interested in. What I got was about fifty different people all trying to contact me at once and I was instantly overwhelmed by everyone trying to reach me first. It was around that time that my dad suggested I get in touch with Jolenta, as he bought his house from her.
