Im afraid of spiders and any kind of crawling creatures showing up in my house. Synergy quickly responded to my inquiry and already showed up twice in 2 months to spray without delay. Dave was friendly and addressed my concerns. At this point of my life,I care very much about good customer service and synergy provides both good customer and high quality work. They dont have monthly plan and dont need it to get customers because customers will come back to them.

We live on the water and they spray for all bugs, spiders (spider webb removal) and mosquitoes and we have been very happy with the services that they provide. Synergy^2 is a 5 star pest control service company. I made one phone call and that is all I took. A Synergy employee showed up to my house on time. He was extremely polite and extremely professional.

I contacted three companies for quotes on bat removal. Synergy2 was the only company to respond. They came out immediately did an inspection and, at my request, agreed to check the chimney for bats. To do so required a lift which they brought out and did not find any entrances that might be used by bats. Then they went up in my attic a second time checking for bats and for a second time did not find any evidence of bats. At my insistence they did insert a bat trap at one location. I have not seen any bats since they checked. I guess we did not have bats after all. But I was impressed with their professionalism and would not hesitate to call on them again if needed.
