Ill admit I was a little in the dark about when theyd actually be coming by, so a bit more transparency on that would be appreciated.That said, when Dane arrived he was super professional and friendly and answered all of my questions very confidently. I was able to watch him do the work (yellow jacket nest in my outside wall!) while he explained all about the chemicals and the process. And of course, knowing that hell come back out if the nest needs another shot gives my family and I peace of mind.Would definitely recommend!

Dane from Kwik Kill did an excellent job of explaining what, why and where he was looking for mice issue based off of the information I gave to him. He took the time to explain how mice communicate, their habits, and why the recommended treatments were what they were. He also showed the entry points from the exterior where mice had been coming in and out of the home. He explained all the follow up treatment options and what to expect and things to be done.All in all, Dane did an excellent job and I would recommend these services to anyone facing mice or other rodent issues.

Rich was absolutely amazing at explaining everything he was doing by helping us tame our spider problem. We have had carpenter ants in the past and still showed some signs. Brook came and did a dusting and then treated the are affected inside and the entire outside. She was the first person to ever explain the ant situation to me. It is now gone and I understand much better what was happening. She was polite and always making sure I understood, and always making sure she asked if she needed to remove shoes, could she check a certain area etc. Great technician. Highly recommend

I have never needed this service before so I didnt know what to expect. We had a mouse get into our house and when I looked online I googled oldest pest control companies in Madison, WI as I dont use thumbtack or the others. He called 5 min ahead, so I knew to look for him. We talked a few minutes and then he went right to work. He was efficient, answered my (many) questions and I was impressed with his work. We have had little red ants for a number of years. Im stubborn, and kept thinking this year Ill eradicate them for sure. And then they kept coming back. So I googled around. I was looking for a local company with a good track record. I found Kwik Kill. I left a message and they got back the next day. I was giving a long message and the gentleman stopped me and said from my description and location that we had odorous house ants. Duane Maier came out two days later and my wife gave him the tour and pointed out the spots, and he realized that we had both odorous ants on the first and second floor and and pavement ants in the basement. He sprayed around the house. The next day I only saw a couple of ants and they were moving slow. After two more days, I havent seen any ants. And the insecticide also seems to kill centipedes - Ive swept up two of them as well.Theyre good, the prices are professional but fair, and the results are better than I expected.

Jim and Dave were here today to check out a problem I have in my basement with blow flies. These guys were so friendly and knew what the problem was right away - a dead rodent in the wall. We have the monthly rodent service around outside of home so the little dead critter in the wall did not attract or spawn too many of those flies. Jim said we did not need to treat the inside of basement for the flies (because they are no longer multiplying) and saved me money today. Each month the people that come to treat the outside of our house are professional, friendly and do a great job! I highly recommend Kwikkill.

Don O has been incredibly helpful the last two years. He diligently searches out for new possible rodent intrusions in our old basement and crawl space. Last year he even sprayed an anthill at no cost for us because it was near our house and had become quite large. We also had Kwik Kill do a bat inspection after we moved in and the crew did amazing work sealing off our attic. Highly recommended.

A small tear in weather stripping in the bottom corner of a garage door meant field mice finding their way in last fall. Rich T and his team were so fast to respond and not only figured out how they were getting in, but solved the problem in a single visit. Very highly recommend!

They are effective at killing the rodent(Raccoons), but then you are left with a horrific smelly mess. Better to call a service that live traps them and removes them. My house know smells so bad I may have to move.

We had a massive Yellow Jacket nest and these guys got rid of it! (Even though they had to come 2 times to get rid of them) We had over 5,000 wasps and I got stung 15 times and we had Southern Yellow Jackets so they were so aggressive that we could not even get up our front step without getting stung. My dog discovered it when he tried to eat a Yellow Jacket and he got stung. There was wasps scattered everywhere when they were done removing it. They also did a nice job cleaning up. There were tons of wasps coming out of the nest and they took care of it. Follow me on maps and like it! - Owen Barry PS: I remove wasps and nests.

I called Kwik Kill for a hornets nest in my house siding. They were able to come over that same day and Brooke was timely and very knowledgeable. After three days, the hornets should be gone. This is the second time we have used Kwik Kill and weve been very pleased with them. Highly recommended!

I have placed a call to inquire about service for the removal of yellow jackets and the service tech Dane was on property in a few hours. He took care of 2 large nests and an umbrella wasp nest quickly, professionally and effectively. Their price was very good too. I highly recommend Kwik Kill for your pest removal. If I ever am in need of service I will not hesitate to call upon Kwik Kill again. Oh yeah, the following morning all of the nests were nearly 100% eradicated... literally less than 5 yellow jackets were left. Keep up the great work!!!!

After foolishly allowing a nest of yellow jackets to live on my property the whole summer, I was savagely attacked and ran cartoonishly around my yard until the nasty villains were done with me. My mercy was exhausted, so I called Kwik Kill the following Monday, avoiding my lawn in the meantime. I was delighted that they sent someone over that very day and did me a murdering. The communication and professionalism - to say nothing of the efficacy - of my personal heroes was most appreciated. 100% recommend these fine people to anyone seeking to kill a yellow jacket or 50.

Super impressed with Kwik Kill. Requested their service to get rid of a wasp hive located above our deck. Put in an online request and they got back to me in a couple of hours. Scheduled a time to come out the very next day. Twenty four hours after the tech visit hive was completely eradicated. Wow is all I can say. In this day and age to have such impressive customer service is amazing. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

We are looking for a preventive approach to controlling pest at our new construction home. The program provided is just what we were hoping for as explained. The service technician was very professional, personable and helpful. There wasn’t an oversell of the product, just very straight forward options and a clear recommendation based on our needs.

Bruce came out with short notice and was thorough in his explanation and also in the application. Its less than 24 hours and all or most of the wasps seem to be dead, but I will wait a few days as he advised to be safe! Very pleasant to work with.
