Tracy did an amazing job with my nails! The vibe there is very relaxed and chill, clean, soft music and aromatherapy, plexiglass dividers and masks for covid safety. My nails turned out BEAUTIFUL. I choose dip powder (this is C218!) and Tracy is so talented she paid so much attention to detail with the design I wanted! Turned out even better than the example picture I brought in! I highly recommend going to cozy nails!

I’ve been to Cozy Nails a few times but this was my first time getting nail art done. I showed Trish a picture of a manicure I liked and she was so kind making sure that I loved her version of it every step of the way! The salon is so busy and for good reason!! The service here is unmatched! I will only go to Cozy Nails to get my dip powder manicures and reg pedicures in Madison. The spa is incredibly clean, welcoming, and flexible with your needs. Every nail tech that has done my nails has done an outstanding job! Louis and Trish are both incredible artists!

Absolutely loved my time here! Luis took care of my nails today and did a great job. I had broken my natural nail and needed to cut one short and he was able to not irritate the break at all. Came here as a stop for my Sister-in-laws bachelorette party. FYI we were 11 girls! The staff was so amazing and they are all very skilled! My gel nails came out amazing! The brides dipped ombré powder was PERFECT and honestly everything was great! I’ve now had 3 appointments at Cozy Nails and each appointment left me feeling more satisfied than the previous due to the consistency in service I experienced. I’m so glad to finally have a reliable nail spa to call “home”. Louis completed the service pictured and I was elated with the care and attention he masterfully completed my dip manicure with.

The nail technician used a Dremel to “buff” the tops of my nails. The gel was poorly applied and had noticeable ripples on the surface. First and last visit to Cozy Nails.

2nd time coming here and I was just as pleased as the first. Tracy was my nail tech both times and I had a wonderful experience with her. Very kind and she pays attention to art detail and gave me exactly what I wanted from the photos I had shown her. I’d highly recommend coming here to get your nails done.

If i could give cozy nails 10 stars i would.i called about a week in advance to do my nails for sorority rush (an explainably busy time) but forgot to mention i wanted tips as well as a design over my powder dip. The woman doing my dip said she didn’t have time to do the design, but the woman doing my friend’s nails, Trish, completely saved the day and said she would do the full design for me after she finished hers. I couldn’t be happier with the end result- the design is gorgeous and both nail techs paid super close attention to creating even, perfectly shaped nails for me, going above and beyond to make sure i loved them. They turned out amazing- probably the best nail art i’ve gotten done!! if you have any design requests- be sure to ask for Trish!

By far the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. Good environment, decent prices. They pay attention to details when it comes to making sure your nails turn out perfect. Payments have to be done in cash, so just make sure you’re prepared ahead of time unless you want to use the ATM. Highly highly recommend.

HORRIBLE experience!!! Made a reservation (24+ hours in advanced), walked into the salon and no one greeted me. 3 people walked in AFTER me, with NO appointment, and they were helped & seated right away. I was finally greeted & waited to be seated for another 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes of my service, the employee made me bleed SO badly I left right away. I will not be returning to this salon, and if you are considering going, dont!

Just got an ombré dip in fall colors and it’s amazing! Louis did a fantastic job and I got so many compliments from other clients as I was leaving. Also this place was incredibly clean and between the plastic walls, face shields, and face masks I felt very safe being in there.

I was going to make an appointment but they didn’t answer. That is totally understandable as they were probably busy, but I called again soon after giving them some time and they ignored my call. They have good reviews and photos, but for ignoring my call I will not be going there.

Visited with a bachelorette party of four last weekend, they were very accommodating for an appointment (made ahead of time), pedicures were luxurious, massage chairs comfortable, results fantastic, and staff friendly and accommodating. One of us got a manicure and the result was great, the rest of us had fantastic relaxing pedicures. All of us had a wonderful time and I will 10/10 be back!

They were very nice. They have you sanutize your hands at the entrance and pick your color. They also have hand sanitizer all over the place so you can use it whenever. They spaced people out pretty well and were super professional. I think my nails turned out pretty good almost identical to the picture I showed them. Unfortunately for me it is a little out of my normal price point, BUT Ill definitely be back when I feel like treating myself or for any special occasions.

The worst nail experience in the US!! Firstly, the staff can hardly communicate since they seem do not understand English. At the beginning, she said she can do the lines around the edge and during the process she said she can’t..?Then she cut my nail directly without asking me, my nails have not been so short for a long time and my finger flesh was exposed.At the end, the staff even criticize and command me that I should not check the nails during her working process since that would make her feel stressed and I should check at the end. I think she said this since I asked her to fix the bubbles during the process. I mean how can I know you are doing everything correct if I do not check?? At the end, if I am not satisfied, will you redo everything?? Clearly not.Ok and all the diamonds just gone within a few hours. I went to get them done during 4pm and they are all gone at 8pm.At the end, they asked me to change for cash to pay, I strongly believe they get tax evasion.I will NEVER come to this place again! Even though it’s cheap, but it’s not what my nails deserve.

I was able to make a same day appointment for dip nails with a full set (extensions). Louis did my nails and was so extremely kind and professional. Everything in the salon was spotless. I explained I was getting my nails done for an engagement photoshoot and I wanted something very natural. Louis took extra time and paid SO MUCH attention to details, especially regarding shape and consistent length. This has probably been one of the nicest full sets I have ever gotten. I will be going back to Louis for my wedding day nails!

I’m NOT even going to go back and have them fix it. Looks weeks old and I went yesterday. I saw Louie, he didn’t take the polish all the way around any of my nails. Two coats of polish and the gel coat and NONE of it made it to the side of my nails. Cut me twice and have crooked nails 😡😨

This place was amazing! My appointment was at 2pm, but they called me to have me come in early which was excellent and really appreciated. Tracy did fantastic on my nails! I got a gel manicure and was done within 30 minutes. She made great conversation and I liked seeing them know a lot of the returning customers by name. Shows you that people love it and come back, and I definitely will be!Added: I go here every time to get my nails done. Tracy is EXCELLENT. The best manicurist I’ve ever had.

They did a really good job, were friendly and the place seems nice/clean. I got shellac on my nails (picture) and went back later in the week for a pedicure. 4 weeks later I still have the shellac and its grown out but looks perfect. I like that they have the delicious smelling foot scrubs.

I called to schedule a appointment for tomorrow morning, with my favorite nail tech and she said we have an opening for 10:45 I said cool Ill take it. She puts me on hold, talking to everyone in the background, still waiting... Call gets disconnected. Cool I call right back no answer. So I said Ill call back in a hour still thinking I have the 10:45 slot just need to confirm. I know the weekends can be busy, (still no call from them) so I call back in a hour they answer saying oh sorry we got disconnected and we didnt know which number to call back at 😑 (mind you they know who I am and Ive booked here multiple times at least once a month for a year; each time they ask for my number so they have records of my phone number in the appt book). So after finally reaching them, now there are no more slots open and I cant get in till after work Monday. Mind you my nails been busted for about a week in a half and Ive been waiting til one of my nails healed and I finally think I have an appt just to have it taken away because of their own incompetence. Ive spent hundreds here and take my nails pretty seriously but to be completely discarded like that with no regard for customer service really makes me sad. Now I have to try and find a new nail salon. 😪

I called in for a simple manicure. File and polish. RIGHT AWAY the lady tried upselling me when I got there. I said no politely multiple times. She just kept pushing. Finally sat down. She filed 2 nails then switched people. I was the only one there. The gentleman did well. He did HEAVY coats. I sat for 15mins for them to dry. Usual time? Then when I went to pay my $20 with my card she seemed concerned and asked if I had cash for it. I said no. Did not seem happy I was using card. As I drive off I noticed all the bubbles and then they started to peel. Not happy. Just had to repulsing them myself. Good file. Bad customer service.

Trish did an amazing job on my nails for my wedding, including a trial run where I was super picky and wanted to try a few different looks with dip powder. I so appreciated her friendliness and professionalism as well as her top-notch skills. My nails are perfect and I really enjoyed the time I spent at Cozy Nails as well.I also had a pedicure done on my second pre-wedding visit and was really impressed by the measures they take to keep everything clean.I will definitely be back!

I heard so much good things about this salon, that while visiting this state I wanted to give it a try. But for me my service was unprofessional and covid precautions was not follow. The guy who did me did not take his time and it appears that volume was more important than quality. Of course everyone is trying to make up for the lock down that cause miss revenues, but we should never forget its the satisfaction of the customers that helps keeps the business open. Not only did this guy rush the gel manicure but he wanted to put lotion on my hands that was covered with file debris. He did not attempt to wipe my hands or sanitize it, (being a Frontline worker i saw what covid can do). Neither less I complain and they refund my service for gel nails. Beware of the guy providing service for you if you go for service at this nail salon, I definitely wouldnt go back if I am in town and also my family members will not be returning either.

I have been a long time customer at Cozy both before and during the pandemic. The service is always top notch and they do their best to fit us in, even last minute where they can.In particular, their response to COVID has made us feel comfortable returningduring the pandemic. All the technicians use both masks and face Shields, and require everyone to do the same. Everyone is required to use the provided hand sanitizers upon entering and they have constructed additional barriers at the nail stations to put another protection in between the clients and technicians.Ive been to several other nail studios in Madison and I think Cozy is by far the best value for the level of service they provide!

Whenever I move to a new city, finding a nail salon can be hard. After doing research I found Cozy Nail! They were nice and very accommodating and their products seem of good quality! I came in to get a Full Set Gel and got Louis as my nail tech! He takes his time and seems to be precise when doing every nail! My nails turned out great and I will be back.

Ive loved my experiences here! High end pedicures and manicures, complimentary wine or mimosas, and lovely staff! Tracy has done my nails with shellac and a healthier alternative to acrylic nails which looked amazing (it was her suggestion and Im glad she made it!). I always leave happy and I get tons of compliments on my nails. Last time I went they gave away super cute fuzzy socks as a Holiday gift. I will continue coming back here!

I visited Cozy Nails and Spa on a whim and now it is my go-to place. The staff were extremely friendly and very cautious of clean practices. I appreciate that all tools come pre-wrapped in cleaning pouches and everything is individually packaged (so there is no shared products). I also really liked the stylist I worked with, he was so friendly, wore a mask the whole time, and was just fun to talk with. Its a great nail spot with reasonable prices and options. Will be visiting again.

Love this place. The owner and team are all extremely friendly and the manicures I get here are always of high quality. They always do great with shaping. I prefer almond and stiletto shaped. They never have a problem getting these where I want them.

Trish has done an amazing job remodeling cozy nails (formerly envy nails) and even through that provided her normal excellent services. I never trust anyone else. All of her employees are held to the same standard and produce exemplary work. Go see Trish and just let her do whatever she wants with your nails! Shes so creative!

We made same day appointments for pedicures. They were ready for us when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with the new business ideas they have implemented. They have a choice of many different scents for soap and scrubs, as well as use new sealed kits for each customer.The new menu even includes the options of paying more for vegan or chem-fee products. There is NO smell of nail products inside.The new service menu allows for every modification youd like, I added an extra 10-minutes of foot massage to mine!!We both had very polite, friendly, and attentive service providers. This was the most thorough and well-executed pedicure Ive had in Madison.I have no complaints... from options, products, services, to atmosphere it was all awesome. I am beyond happy with the upgrades they have made.
