My experience with The Rock Agency has been nothing short of amazing. Booked both of my kids and have been very happy with how professional the company and staff are. Laura is a dynamo -- a go getter who is professional, honest and empathetic. Not to mention, she comes with 10+ years experience managing kids so I trust her advice. Best in the biz!

Our son was signed with The Rock Agency. It was a huge waste of time, money and energy. Once they convince you to sign, they add extra requirements, like driving to Chicago to get work permits (regardless of any actual shoots that may or may not take place in Illinois), and requiring you to market and act as your own agent on modeling sites. Honestly, if it wasnt for the horrible communication we had with the new agent, L, we probably would have stayed and spent a day driving to Illinois to get a work permit for our child, just in case he booked a shoot. But I was absolutely belittled and spoken down to by L, and could never trust that she had my childs best interest in mind. Being threatened that your child wont be submitted for shoots in Wisconsin unless you comply with her demands to register your child in Illinois isnt remotely okay, and created a huge amount of distrust. It doesnt really matter to me how much experience someone has in the industry if they lack the ability to communicate appropriately. I didnt trust the other reviews on here about this agency being shady, hopefully the next person will trust mine.Update: In response to Raquels post - we loved the people at Rock that we interacted with prior to L. And like I wrote above, we probably would have stayed with Rock and even driven to Chicago to get a workers permit for our son IN CASE he ever got work in another state. My concerns went deeper, and the most concerning was being threatened that my son wouldnt be submitted for shoots in Wisconsin unless I complied with a strangers demands. As you mentioned in your e-mail to me today, You need to love you booking agent though and if she is not a good match for you, I completely understand. We most definitely do not love L, and from my interaction with her today, even if we did get a workers permit in Chicago, we wouldnt trust that this person would submit our son for bookings or look out for his well being.Perhaps it is acceptable in the modeling industry to threaten people to get an outcome, but I could never put my son in situation with people like that. And maybe that isnt how you have run The Rock Agency in the past, but its how your business was run today.

I have been affiliated with The Rock Agency for more than 20 years - this agency is the place to be if you are starting a career in the talent industry. It has a boutique feel so you get the attention you need to develop your career! I started off modeling and acting, but I grew into a very successful career of hair and makeup artistry with this agency! I love this place!

Great agency, I was a contract model for them several years ago, for awhile.... Flexible schedule, eye for talent, (not everyone has it, not everyone deserves it) Professional, and educated in the field.. Highly recommend for those seriously passionate.... Also, I just saw they moved up the road from me in Monona... Huge plus...Good job guys.

If you are looking to work with this agency, please look again elsewhere and save your time! due to their lack of opportunity and lack of diversity, I do not recommend The Rock Agency at all. It is worth it to look in a bigger city if you have the opportunity to, and drive a farther distance.

I applied to this agency but they said you have to pay $35 a month to be part of this agency. Aside from a start up fee which should not be more than $100, the only money a bona fide talent agency should make is the commission they make off of the talents work. Any agency that tries to make money outside of that is a scam.

I guess its an okay place, but its not really diverse. Obviously the modeling industry is based on appearances, but people other than small children and tall Caucasians exist too XD
