I called seeking a psychiatrist and was told there was only one available and she was full until November. When I said November was okay, I was put through to her voicemail. The next day I got a call back saying she was not available at all and to go elsewhere. Both times that I called there was beeping on their end and they could not hear my phone number even after 4 times!Why the discrepancy in information (why was I put through to the doctors voicemail if indeed she is not taking any new clients even in November)?If you are the Family Therapy Center, please direct message me with your answer.
