I feel bad that I got upset in front of an employee. They couldnt take the same electronic Services as the main UPS Stores do.It really isnt that bad of a location its just they dont have any new resources or replacement items like the UPS Store locations have.I would have gave five stars but that one star is for the equipment UPS gives them to use their because they deserve the same treatment as other UPS employeesUPS give the employees at this location better equipment and resources so they can do the same things as other locations otherwise change and label the location correctly on Google thank you

I had a package deliver from Amazon by UPS at 7pm on the evening of our 8 inch snow fall on 25 January 2021. I checked our porch and found nothing. I received an email from Amazon with a photo showing that it was delivered, to a secure location to but didnt recognize the location. After studying it, I realized that it was set on a snow pile next to our street-side mailbox. I went out the next day and dug it out of the snowbank after several passes from the snowplow. Secure location.? Left right on the street? FIRE THE PERSON THAT WAS TOO LAZY TO WALK 50 feet up our driveway to our porch. NOTE: The only reason I gave it even ONE star is because I couldnt send this critique without a star.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The route driver keeps turning around in our driveway. Talked to someone about it and they assured me they would talk to the driver. Obviously they don’t care because it keeps happening around 4:30 every day. My next tactic it to literally stand in my damn driveway and deal with this rude inconsiderate driver myself. In short, if you can avoid UPS DO IT!

Staff is always friendly and efficient when I have been there, even during the holiday season, such as now. Normally any delays that I might encounter are from other customers trying to do something incorrectly.FYI, they only accept credit cards for payment, so you ought to be ready for that.

After complaining twice, my new ups driver refuses to deliver packages to my home. Instead he leaves them at the road which is about 200 feet from my house. One package was delivered ups said at 2:30 in the afternoon and I did not know it was there till the next morning at 9 when I left for the doctor. Lived here 29 yrs and have never had this problem b/f. I am 77 and recovering from cancer treatments. I dont know there are packages at the road, nor the energy most days to make trips up there to check if I have pkg at the road. The last pkg was a smaller box and the driver put it in a plastic bag and hung it from the flag on my mailbox. This time of year I order a lot because I do not have the energy to go to stores. Wish more stores would ship Fed Ex. They deliver to my home. Hope nothing gets stolen sitting up at the road.The last couple of weeks I must have had different driver. The packages have been on my porch. And, once, the driver came down with the truck because I had to sign for the delivery. But, this morning I had to go to the ail box to put mail in for the post lady to pick up. There leaning against a tree just off the road were two packages. Grateful they were wrapped in plastic. I had to stop and put them down 7 times to rest my arms and get my breath. The one in particular was heavy. Then I had yo put the heavy one down every one of my steps because ineed to use the railing. There are 13 steps to the front porch. My driveway is clear, no snow, no ice. This driver should noted driving on the road if he cant come down the driveway. Maybe I need to request a signature every time.

I have not had any problems with this place, and especially when I compare them with the competition, FedEggs, they stand a head above! Ive heard from people in other parts of the country that they like fedex, but Ive never had a good experience with them in Dane County. On the other hand, over the years, Ive only had a problem with UPS once. It would be nice if they could be located a bit more centrally, but thats just the way life has become in Madison, seems everything you need infrequently is out on the margins someplace.

Despite the UPS app (and email notification) fibbing to me, the guy at the customer service location was able to figure out what the issue was and give me actual answers and the pickup process was quick and easy. The location is easy to access/find and the hours are pretty accommodating.

I have good customer service from them. I dont like their hours of operation. But no issues. I have shipped and received packages from them when the ups guy was not able to deliver my package at my address.

I have had the worst experiences ever with residential UPS! They have lost numerous packages of mine... both being sent out, and receiving and are never willing to take the blame when things are obviously in their hands. I order a lot of things that I have shipped and it would be nice to not have to worry about the status constantly. One day they will deliver a package to my house, no problem. Two days later (not an exaggeration, this has really happened many times) they say my package is not able to be delivered because I have moved. Then a few days later... another package will come to my house, again with no problem. Even though earlier in the week I moved. Just very frustrating, and their customer service is so poor and staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help try and resolve my issues.

Always friendly, helpful and make great economic suggestions when I ship things from Madison to NYC. Yes the hours are built around an odd work schedule but if you can plan ahead, it is really quite convenient and easy to get to.

Awful delivery service. Had a driver lie to my face about not having my package, only to see 20 minutes later that an attempt had been made to deliver my package. Despite being home during the attempt, I never heard a doorbell ring. Turns out the driver had delivered it to the wrong address, picked it up and decided just to not even try to deliver it to the proper address, despite it being right next door.

Its 4:18pm on a Friday. Closed!!!! Maybe they can give my package to a real parcel service to deliver. 12-2 and 4-6?!? Terrible hours. Open 4 hours a day, what a joke. However I MUST sign for my package worth $10 so now I have to pick it up sometime during 2-2 hour openings M-F. Just close the office...

If I could give zero stars, I would. My issue is with UPS in general, not necessarily this location. However, multiple times I have paid for packages to be overnighted, and they always seem to get lost in this location. Ive called customer service to find an actual person at this location to talk to and be able to track down the package and put it on hold so I can pick it up in person. Customer service says that there is no phone number for this location, and that packages cannot be picked up here. I never have an issue with doing this in the Lake Delton location, and they have a direct line.Today, my overnighted package got delayed due to weather. WTH? Its not even raining outside. What makes even less sense is that the other package that was also overnighted to be delivered today, is supposed to be delivered on time. The only difference is that one was scanned into Madison 20 minutes prior to the other one that cant be delivered today. The package is in Madison, and supposedly cant be delivered to my home, office, or arranged to be picked up at a UPS location today, even though its only 9am. There is no human that I can talk to at this location to arrange to pick it up in person or have it redirected to my work. Customer service had me set up an online account and change the delivery address of the package, but it was a futile attempt, as it just popped back saying the package cannot be redirected, held, or delivered today. I overnighted the package because it was something I actually needed today and Im willing to drive across town and get, yet their customer service provides no actual customer service to assist with this. Im not even sure why they have a customer service phone number.I choose to ship USPS or FedEx. They have yet to not get me a package in time!

Paid extra for 3 day shipping its now been 5 days even though its been in my city for the past few days.Posting this again because I want theyre star ratings to go as low as possible.They have broken my packages, lost, or just not shipped them to the right address.

Ive called UPS quite a few times when I had expensive deliverys where I knew I wouldnt be home to sign for it. I know they have funky hours so I was already prepared for it. Every time UPS has held my package here for me and only took me a couple minutes once in there to get it.Staff can seem pretty grumpy but I dont blame them, they way people, especially these reviewers act like its the staffs fault for any problems with delivery and their hours.If you need to talk to them, you call UPS support line and theyll get you connected. Its a busy little hub, not a customer service call center, they got better things to do than answer a constant barrage snotty phone calls asking stupid questions people cant figure out for themselves.This is a hub where they sort packages and put them on trucks. They just happen to have the option for picking some stuff up. Its a hub first people, its not a dedicated UPS store as you think it is.

I worked there for 1 day, had transportation problems unfortunately, therefor I had to resign from my position, Although that was 4 weeks ago, I still havent received any type of payment. Im very unsatisfied and MIGHT have to take this to court. They dont even have a number to contact. Completely a joke....

Terrible.Their hours are ridiculous (10:00-12:30 and 4:00-6:00 M-F) and they have no phone at the store to call and talk with an employee. How is it even possible to run a business like this. I hope they go out of business and a company dedicated to service takes their place.

Once their open, the service is great. Signature packages might be a problem if your not home when they try to deliver.

Left instructions with customer service that it couldnt be delivered until after a certain time,and it wasnt even delivered on scheduled date.then after calling customer service again the next day they said there wasnt even a note for a drop time made by 1st customer service rep.
