I went to mail a package and even though hours indicated they were open...sign on the door said they wouldn’t be returning for 30 minutes (2:30pm). Inconvenient when taking off from work to come here. Waited and good service once opened.

If you need to send a package quick this place does a great job on packing and shipping. The owner is friendly and courteous.

Ive done business here multiple times through out the past couple of years. The lady who operates this little shop is very nice and laid back. Theres never been a wait time when Ive come here. She was able to answer all questions and all packages were delivered with no issue. She also sells little painted pottery pieces which I love to look at.

Worst Experience ever! The woman that took allegedly shipped my package off did not give me a tracking number for my package on the receipt. She said I could call the next day to get one. I tried reaching someone but no one answered. I was going to try them again later but it got off my mind. A week later. I still hadnt received an email or anything from the company I shipped my package to. I called them and they still hadnt received my package. At this point it has been 11 days since I shipped my package. I tried calling Mail Stop again and the weird error message came up again. I tried dialing again thinking I dialed the wrong number. It finally started ringing. The guy on the phone, I said I was inquiring about a package. He thought I meant to call FedEx. I said no, Im looking for Mail Stop. He placed me on hold and placed the phone down. I could hear someone moving around but after a few minutes of waiting I decided to hang up. I spend $16 on shipping this package and had almost $100 worth of clothing in there that I was returning and will never get that refund back. Ill never ship from this company again. I should have never shipped from there in the first place but it was late and I was rushing to go ahead and ship my package. The store was cluttered. You could barely walk through which is dangerous and could possibly be a fire hazard.

Need a little more professionalism ...The lady who assisted me, whom I assume to be the owner, was knowledgeable in the service I needed and paid for. She was just somewhat unprofessional. I expect the owner to handle themselves in a more appropriate manner. Needless to say, she got the job done.This location was marked incorrectly on the map, as it had me stopping in the Marshalls plaza. It is further up the road.
