Saia went above and beyond to deliver a swingset that I purchased for my grandchildren. I have a very steep driveway that the truck could not navigate. The last several times Ive been waiting on a delivery shipped via Saia, it never arrives on the date the supplier gives. I do understand that it can vary a day or two. However, whenever I go to their site to track via the PRO number, it always has contact customer service under delivery date. Overlooking the fact that there is no number to contact customer service on that page, once you do look up the number and call customer service, I get a recorded system that tells me that my delivery will arrive on contact customer service. The system then says goodbye and hangs up.

We had to drop off a pallet to ship. Very nice people, very efficient. The shipment arrived on time. They took good care of it.
