I bought a $220 car battery here today through their website. I was also charged for a second item, a core deposit of $18. I brought my old battery with me to the store and I was told that this stores policy is to not refund the core deposit when the customer returns the core. It appears that they dont understand the meaning of the word deposit. I have had core deposits on many auto parts at many different stores and never seen anything like this. It appears that the stated policy of this store is to steal from their customers. They should put that information on their website.

Ive had a couple great experiences with this store recently. Will definitely be going back and recommending them to friends.Bobby was able to make some keys for my sons car when no one else could. It was no easy task working with the one old key I had. I tried at several other places before I knew that Batteries Plus offered key cutting.A few weeks later they programmed a new key fob for my car. I called ahead and they had it waiting when I arrived and had someone available to program it. Didnt take long at all. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

These guys know their products. They are friendly and responsive and helpful, too. I ordered the wrong battery on-line and forgot to schedule an installation appointment. They swapped out my order for the correct battery, refunded the core charge, and had me out the door in only a few minutes.

They seem to always have the strange sized lead acid batteries that I need. They will also recycle my old ones. I will keep shopping there.

Spot on! Was In a pinch, my electronic car key died while driving around looking at houses for sale. Saw the sign, took a chance and stopped in. Friendly man at the counter popped the old battery out, swapped in a new one and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. EXCELLENT.Previously, I had tried several store that either didnt carry them or were out of stock.

I had the battery in my iPhone 7 Plus replaced here for a great price and had a wonderful experience! It was ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes and now works wonderfully! 10/10 recommend!

Brought iPhone in for Cracked Screen Repair. Screen was Repaired, but I noticed my Images were not as Bright as Usual. Had to Turn my Display and Brightness function ALL the way UP! I took the phone back and one salesperson said they didnt have a Tech there to look at it. Standing NEXT to Him was the Lady that Fixed my phone. I told Him I didnt want to talk to him anymore and I wanted to see her! I Explained to her that this was Not a Problem Prior to bringing it in. She told me it was a Software issue. In the interest of NOT ESCALATING the issue my wife and I Left! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE FOR A PHONE REPAIR or anything else for that matter. The issue was NOT resolved and they Didnt seem to care that it wasnt! During these Trying Economic Times they must be doing Very Well...

Over a month ago I broke my screen. Placed an order with this location on County Line. A week later it still wasnt in and hadnt been ordered. Was told they would call when it arrived. A MONTH later, I call again and its finally there. Was told I could come in on Saturday before 2 pm and it would be repaired. Called today (Sat) and tech said hes leaving early!!! Some of the worst customer service Ive run into in Madison.

I had used this location when I bought and had installed a car battery. I received excellent service then. The 2 women who provided the service then kept power to my vehicle so that it did not lose settings when they changed the battery. This time when I noticed your employee was not going to do that, I asked him about it and he said they did not have that kind of equipment. He also did not have the right sized deep socket to loosen the bar keeping the battery in place and after searching for one had to use an adjustable wrench. All else went fine, however, it is a bit of inconvenience on todays vehicles to have to deal with resetting the cars computer settings after it has lost power. Previous excellent service brought me back, with this average service, I will check around first before returning.

I had to go here to get a very obscure battery, and the owner of these stores is a battery god who knows literally every thing! He helped me find an alternative battery (the nascar one I needed was $500!) for $100 that works perfectly! He knew exactly the specs and things I needed in regards to vibration and power. Establishment is located near the middle within a shopping center & is easily accessible from County Line Road & Hwy 72. There isnt a lot of parking available but it hasnt been an issue for me in the past.The staff was super helpful & very knowledgeable. She knew exactly the type of batteries I needed for my home alarm system down to the type with the smaller +/- connection points. They require customers to wear masks, and 0 of the 5 employees I saw in the store were wearing masks.Great customer service except that the guy who helped me didnt wear a mask and no one was practicing social distancing. The only safety measure I saw in place was a plexiglass barrier at checkout.I visited for about 5 minutes on August 6, 2020.

My phone had needed anew battery for months and Verizon was not willing to sell me one, they insisted I needed to buy a new phone. 10 minutes here and they’ve installed the new battery for me and my iPhone is good as new! They were also friendly and inexpensive!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Placed a transfer and had to talk to three people. Even after that my item didn’t get transferred. I had to stop by three times and each time was told to come back again because my item wasn’t there.

Took my phone here to get the battery replaced. Got my phone back a few hours later... and it charges EXTRA slow. I also noticed my Fast Charging no longer works, and when i put it on the wireless charger, it charges for 2 seconds and stops charging, then repeats. It takes a full nights sleep to charge from 10% to 80%, no exaggeration. But, they did do a great job of taking the back off and putting it back on. Cant even tell its been taken off

I brought my phone in to repair the back case. Staff was quick to say they could repair it same day at a reasonable price. Phone was ready when requested, at half the cost asked of the phone repair shop down the street.

I had a new port and battery put in my Galaxy S6 while visiting friends in Jackson, Tennessee. No paper work given to me, just wrote my name and a contact number on post it. Picked up phone 2 days later. Screen blotchy, but I paid them and took it anyway because I had to return home to Madison, Al. Had dinner at a restaurant in Jackson and noticedphone is getting terribly hot to the point where I feared it may catch fire. The screen eventually went completely black but the heat dissipated. Got home and went to Store in Madison. Had a receipt but no official paper work. Kimmy at Madison store wrote it up, and explained they had not followed any company wide procedures. The phone was sent to corporate on Monday (Columbus day) and I got it back the following Friday (today). My phone seems to be working perfectly now and I am pleased with Kimmy; if not all your stores. She was professional and filled me with confidence that everything would be fixed to my satisfaction; which it was. Thank you for getting it back to me so quickly. Constance Rose

Perfect place to recycle batteries of all kinds. I had been stockpiling old batteries for almost a decade in my garage. I took the whole pile in to be recycled. Laptop batteries, phone batteries, camera batteries, coin batteries, tv remote batteries, UPS computer batteries, alarm system backup batteries, lawnmower batteries. Love this place! I had a phone for about a month. A refurbished phone. The battery stopped charging and I was finding it nearly impossible to get another battery. I stopped in B&Bs and they didnt have the battery but they ordered it and I came back a few days later to get it. I was thrilled!! They will go far and beyond to help their customers. They have the coolest things in there too. Before you give up on a phone because the company or whoever says you cannot get a replacement because the phone is out of date or they stopped making them/discontinued.. (how convenient for the company). Go to B&B! Now if they cant get it then Id say it may not be able to be found.

The service I received was top notch. Of course, you can get something cheaper by ordering online. However, this local store has warranty replacement and even a two week no questions asked return policy on most products. Also, the staff I interacted with (three employees over 4 visits) was very knowledgeable and friendly.

It was easy to order and have curb side pick up.

Their systems were down so there was a wait and the guy behind the counter was getting a bit aggravated with the tech on the phone. So I was helped by the other lady who was nice. I always wonder about their battery tester Ive never had them tell me a battery wasnt dead.

Typical Batteries+Bulbs. I go there for the non regular type batteries that department type stores dont stock. They havent failed me yet. And even if they dont have them on hand they can tell me if they are available at all. If so they offer to order for you.

They did a great job. Removed the old battery from my car and installed the new one. They even were able to save the electronic settings on a device while the battery was disconnected and then restored them after connecting the new battery.

The process of purchasing a battery for my vehicle was very easy and straight forward. Ordered online and within 10 min. got a message saying it was ready for pickup. Went down to the local store and the manager showed a new employee how to process the order and they both walked out and proceeded to change out the battery in the vehicle. About 15 min. later we were on our way and everything was good, we didnt have to reprogram any of the radio stations either because the connected a temporary power supply to prevent that from happening. Great job and I will definitely be back.

Fast and efficient service. I bought 2 automotive batteries for a company truck. I purchased them online and they were waiting for me when I got there. Also, the price couldnt be beat. The batteries were identical in specs and were $60 cheaper each, compared to Interstate or the auto parts store.

I decided to change out most of the old light bulbs in my house. Mark and Kimi helped me pick out and discuss the differences between LED and the triditional light bulb. I purchased a battery for my Samsung Note 4 a little over a year ago from Mark. About aonth ago my phone started acting up. I had tried everything. Come to find out my battery had went bad. I went in fully prepared to purchase a new battery if that would be the fix. Well it fixed my phone. I then ask how much do I owe you. Mark says nothing, really. Lifetime warranty does it get any better then that. Of you need a phone battery dont order it online, we have an awesome battery store local that will save you tons. Win win. Highly recommend.

It is not cheap to replace your screen but Batteries Plus is cheap relative to anywhere else you might go and they did an excellent job. Done in less than an hour, very thorough and careful, cant even tell anything happened.

The young lady was extremely helpful and even replaced my van battery.
