I am not one to leave a review to any company or anything but for this one i had to. If I could give Vast a -0 I would. The internet service is awful for a lack of a better word. Representative do not know what they are doing. They need to be retrained. They always try to add random charges onto your account. They are NOT professional at all! When you call, you’re always on hold for a very long time before you are able to get to a spokesperson. They need a technology advancement if they are going to charge as much as they do for an internet service that barely even works. Internet always gets interrupted randomly and they tell you they’re gonna fix it but never do. Overall, the worsts internet company I have ever been with. If anyone read this…please do yourself and your family a favor and use another provider because you will be disappointed I guarantee it.

Customer care is the absolute worst every

The technicians are great. I have had my internet for 2 months and have had several issues with customer service. I waited 2 week to hear that my payment didnt go through when i had called 3 times and was told it was accepted. I was told a supervisor would call me back in 24 hours, i waited more then 2 days and called them. They were unhelpful and rude. Constantly repeated what was said before which i heard the first 3 times. Im very unsatisfied with my service and considering switching, unfortunately there are not many options in my area.

Fast internet and fast responses when we have issues.

Walked in Monday, ten minutes later walked out with a set up date two days later. They came quickly and set it up so fast, we had Internet ready the day before Thanksgiving.

I love having vast :) they are great

Price is way better than midco and speed is the same. Only issue is no matter your speed package, when you utilize about 80% or so of your allotted speed, latency tends to get into the 200-300+ms. Not good for gaming, but otherwise great service and friendly staff. Never had a bad experience with the phone support. For a few people its a great deal, but for more than probably 3 or 4 people who use a good amount of internet and play multiplayer games where latency is critical, get Midco.
