Ive been using The Housekeepers for over 2 years and they usually do a great job - evidence by me continuing to use them. There have been a few instances where the one cleaning my house wasnt as consistent as I have become used to, but I will say, the most recent cleaning I had was with a new person (to me) named Carmen. This was the best since I started using them, hands down. She was extremely detailed and left my house looking and feeling like it was just freshly cleaned. I would recommend The Housekeepers to anyone needing some help!

Super friendly Amber. Per lover and a little OCD like me. 1st time clean she went beyond what we asked because she wanted to make sure everything is clean and to get to know the house. She better come back next time.

Today Housekeepers sent an absolutely awesome housekeeper to clean my house. This was the first time that she had been to my house and she did AN OUTSTANDING job. Her name is Aimee and I will call Housekeepers to see if she is available to come on their next scheduled visit. I would continue to praise her work but then some of you readers might request her and then where would I be?

Third time was the charm for us with The Housekeepers. The first time was good, the second time was horrible, but we had a great experience this past week with Amber. She did an absolutely amazing job! We have struggled with finding a good housekeeper and everyone in the past has been mediocre at best. Amber sets the bar high! My husband and I were very happy with her cleaning of our home. She is prompt, friendly and very detailed. And most importantly, my cats liked her! That means a great deal to us. Looking forward to having Amber as our regular person to clean our home. Love her!!

Ive been a customer of the Housekeepers for 10+ years. They make the process of having cleaning help in your home easy and worry free. Yesterday, Jayce was out to my house for the first time and she did an amazing job!

I need too much help to get their service.They get a 3 because theyre not the first company Ive heard that from. So while Im disappointed, its not a surprise.My problem is, Ive already brought in the specialist service thats supposed to get me ready.I dont need instant perfection. I need regular help thatll keep me motivated to do more when theyre not here.

I received my first service from Jody Wednesday April 7. Jody did an absolutely amazing job! I have struggled with finding a good housekeeper and everyone in the past has been mediocre. Jody set the bar! I could not be more pleased! And most importantly, my fur babies absolutely love her! That means a lot to me.

The Housekeepers have been taking care my house for a long time. Every housekeeper I have had has done a great job. My current assigned housekeeper, Leigha, is fantastic. She does not cut corners. She always does a wonderful job. I am so pleased. Housekeepers office manager is great also. She is so helpful when I need to reschedule.

I have been using The Housekeepers for the past three years, and I could not be more satisfied. We have had several other housekeepers over the years that cost more and did a lot less. You have your choice of weekly, biweekly, or monthly. I use the biweekly option. I believe their prices are very reasonable for the service provided.Our housekeeper (Leigh) is quick, efficient, and thorough. She is friendly and very courteous. I am an elderly widow on oxygen and my daughter who lives with me has a bad back, we cant do much in the way of house cleaning and our house is a bit cluttered. Leigh works around the clutter and does a few little extras as needed to help us out. She is the greatest.The company provides all supplies and always gives me a reminder call the day before she is scheduled to arrive. If my assigned housekeeper is ill or otherwise cannot come, they give the option of have a substitute if one is available, rescheduling, or skipping that cleaning.I highly recommend this company

This was our first experience with any house cleaners. We had a deep cleaning prior to the holidays. The two ladies, Michelle and Shanta, arrived at the exact promised time. They went straight to work and kept on task until finished. They worked quietly without interrupting us, but were very personable when we spoke with them. I have mixed reviews because the person cleaning changes so often and some are much better than others. Current one, Odaylis Portell, did an excellent job! If all were as thorough, I would be thrilled!

I’ve been using The Housekeeps for years and have been very happy with the service. Perhaps a lot of this is the fact I’ve been lucky enough to have Michele as “my” housekeeper for almost the entire time. Although all The Housekeepers girls who have cleaned for me are very good, Michele is the best...and my two big, hairy, messy dogs love her!

Due to a rescheduling need, Tara was sent on a one-time basis. Her regular clients are distant. She takes pride in her work - very thorough. Im sure Tara will please wherever shes assigned.Stephanie has now been assigned as our regular cleaner. She is also thorough and pleasant.

I have used them on a weekly basis now for over a year and I love my housekeeper. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house each week. They have done a great job and the price is very fair. I would recommend them to all of my friends. Sometimes they have to send a substitute but most of the time I get my regular person. Firist I have been a client of the housekeepers for over 6+ years. I agree with Rupa Agrawals review. At 1st I had no problem with my service but as I became a regular customer the service started to decline. Ive had several housekeepers over my time with the company. I have always asked for just one housekeeper, which for the last 2 years Ive had. Due to no fault of hers, shes been out sick for the past 6+ months and not able to come, so I asked for another permanent housekeeper because I dont like different people in and out of my house. Every time a new person comes my house has not been cleaned according to the checklist. I leave my clearning products because I dont like the companys products. There has been times that the bottles are not even open. They are to dust the blinds, dust the furniture, but if an area seems like it doesnt need dusting, or cleaning, even though its on the checklist, it will not be done. We have a garden tub that is wiped out but not cleaned, you would think that if youre going to wipe the tub, although it should be cleaned, one would wipe around the tub. I can always tell that it has not been cleaned because there is dust and/or strands of hair. Baseboards, Really, they are hit or miss. This morning I called in to inform the office manager, whom I have spoken with several times before, that I was not please with my service. The manager didnt like what I had to say, so she hung up the Phone on me. I have one word for this Companys, service and Customer Service TERRIBLE! If youre looking for a cleaning service, I would NOT reccomend this one!

The Housekeepers have been cleaning my house for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with them, I will always use them because they are a business that has great integrity and have been in business for a long time because they take care of their customers!

They were ok when i first hired them. Got fed up with different maids coming in each time. I had to show them around each time what to do. The owners are pretty slick. They dont return your calls for 2-3 days. But they are always on time charging my credit card. One of the maids put her cleaning bucket on the bed, kitchen and bathroom counters and the couch inspite of telling her not to do that. God knows where all the bucket has been. Imagine spreading the germs. One day the maid came in late ,she was in a hurry. She did a crappy job and left early because she was crunching for time.I was more flexible with the owners, whenever they called to reschedule I have always agreed to. But for one time when i wanted to reschedule they wouldnt. The owner Pam is rude and abnoxious. I would not recommend them to anyone.
