Great and friendly staff! Both of my hearing aids stopped working and they replaced the tubes for me. The tubes were a little short, but I was able to go back two days later ( no appointment needed). Waiting on the correct tubes while temporary ones are in place. Both hearing aids work. It’s great to be able to hear everything again!- Brittany

Robert Moore and staff are excellent. The quality service is exceptional. The time he takes to test, provide test results, explain hearing aid options and then fitting and explaining the product is second to none.

The place is well situated, Comfortable waiting area.Arrived on time to seek Professional Hearing Test orders by Nurse Practioner using Pssss pss weak sounds to evaluate Hearing Loss!The Professional Test was Conducted by an Au. D USING UP TO date Medical equipments that rendered Accurate results following Federal Regulation from Federal DOT.I recommend this Clinic to Check if you have any Hearing loss and to by pass Uneducated Test done by Nursing Practioners or other Health Care Providers who are Not Trained to do Technical evaluations beside Superficial DOT Physicals.When in doubt about your DOT fail exam go to professionalism Audiologists and Optomitrist, there the Best.Wonder if Feds Have Vontrol over some of these Clinics who may give M8ssleading Eadings therefore causing Loss of Job to Driver who are otherwise Healthier than the Exam8ners!!Thanks again Madison Hearing Clinc at the Corner of Madison Road and 51 South.

I reluctantly resigned myself to getting hearing aids, but I was not happy about it.
