We used this company for dumpsters on a roof removal. I order 3 dumpsters was charged for 4 dumpster and now 4 months later customer service has still not returned my calls, emails, nor credited my account for the dumpster I did not receive. They of course have still sent out invoices saying I owe for the 4th dumpster I did not receive. A supervisor Paula was suppose to be calling me back yet again and I have yet to hear from anyone!

At the end of May I was driving behind a waste management truck as something flew out of it and crashed into my windshield breaking my windshield. I followed the truck trying to get pictures of any numbers I could off of it. Reported it to their company. I had to call five times before somebody actually gave me to the right person and got me in contact with their insurance company which took almost a week Just got a letter today, over a month past the incident, denying my claim saying they are not responsible for road hazards. Way to take responsibility for what your vehicles do to others!

Recyclables not picked up when supposed to be. Call support and they tell me that some employee here told them not to pick up. Ummm, Im the only employee and Im in my office. Other site they said they tried calling and only got music. We dont have music!!!

Very disappointing- lack of service and No service for weekly pick ups. Called & emailed sales rep. and never received any response.

Worst company to try to work with. They even try to charge you to pick up their own containers. Dump this dump as soon as you can. Find another company to pick up you trash. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Why pay so much money? Need drivers who know how to effectively operate the machinery. Spill much trash onto your property and simply leave the mess they made behind.

Awful customer service. They contradict each other over multiple pieces of info. No one knows how to get you to the right person to talk to, or where to go to find out. They tried raising out bill by $200 and then said we could Just negotiate it back to what it was. Such BS... If we canceled they were going to charge $75 for removal of the cans so I offered to take them back. The told me where to go and after a 30 minute drive the place i was told to go to told me I couldn’t drop them there. That place told me to go to another place 20 minutes away. I got there and they also said this wasn’t the place but I said Im not taking them back home after wasting so much time and being told to come there. I was told someone would call me and when she did she said it was technically illegal to haul them in my car, which Im sure there is no law against it, but just against there policy. More BS.... I told her that a customer rep told me to go ahead and take them in so they should be training their staff a bit better. After dealing with this company I would say dont waste your time. They are charging me for three weeks pro-rated for service I never received!

Waste management has THE WORST customer service! I have scheduled the SAME PRE-PAID pickup for five days and they still haven’t picked up my order! I’ve talked to; Lisa, Linda and Tiffany. They seem only be able to apologize for their coworkers continuous incompetence. Get it together you hacks!!

Theyre great, if you enjoy paying thousands of dollars for them to not do their jobs.Its been over a month with my apartment managers and now myself calling them and they will not remove the garbage. We have some light construction on our street and now this company refuses to collect our refuse. To make matters worse, their answering machine doesnt work and the website wont let you send them an email, only about 600 characters in a comment box. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS MONEY!!!

Awful customer service and outlandish fees! Just awful!

My garbage can ends up on the other side of driveway, by my mailbox. 12 14 foot move by truck with the arms in use while the truck is moving. Trucks are to be stopped while garbage is being dumped !!!!this is unsafe on many levels.

We continue to have horrible customer service.
