I like everything about the store except for the payment options. You cant go into a different store to make a payment even though they have signs in every store that says you can. Customer service is good. And I was able to find what I was looking for.

I at first trusted this business. I bought a pub table and a bed, requesting that the table be new or else a the floor model. Just recently my daughter informed me the table was brought directly from someone elses home. I was told that a new table was 998, I paid all but the last payment assuming the owner would make the adjustment since i was told the price would be offset by what the previous renter had paid. The response from the owner was that she is not responsible for what management told me!? Really who is? Now apparently they went to court without sending me a certified letter so i could state my case. I live half my time with my dying mother so i did not know about this court date. Mind you i have paid over 2000 for this item. A appropriate response should have been to forgo the last payment , because i was purchasing a used table with minimal water damage. I guess doubling or maybe tripling her profit wasnt enough.... they are taking the table. Same table at other outlets was less than 700$.

They arent out to make you spend more then it actually cost. They have payoff dates, so you wont have to pay more then its worth. They are always friendly, extremely helpful, loyal if you are a good customer, then they are willing to help you. Overall its a good place to buy if you dont want to spend alot of money at once. Ive bought 5 items from them now & have never had an issue.

Furniture is clean unlike other rent a centers. They care for there customers. Id recommend if you have to go through a payment center for furniture that you cant afford right off, my number 1 pick is American rental. Tysm, !!!!!! If you go there tell them I referred you. $640 (same as cash, if paid in 120 days) seems ridiculous for a PS4 you can get at Wal-Mart for $300 with tax. Well i wanted to increase my credit score. $1,366 is what it cost me. Paid off in less than 120 days. Every payment of $200 removed $100 from total debt owed. 25% tax taken out, and 25% (non-specific fee). Dont be stupid enough to do what i did. If you do your guaranteed to regret it. Since signing that contract i havent heard one good thing about them.
