This is a great company to work for! The freight industry has really changed over the past couple years, as every freight company is experiencing higher volumes. This is a smaller company with common core values and focuses on the importance of the regular working employee as well as customer relationships. I encourage everyone to call their local office and apply!

VERY blase customer service. Token effort to deliver. If you dont ACTUALLY want to upset your customer then find another freight carrier.

So frustrating to work with. The absolute worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with. They are so unprofessional from their initial contact, to phone “support”, to their attempted delivery. They can’t seem to manage their delivery drivers and when the deliver packages. This didn’t happen just once. It has happened 2x in the past month with both deliveries via this vendor.To anyone looking to ship via MAF, know that your customers will be mad at you for picking this incompetent delivery company.
