I have a slab leak in my home. Andrew came out with the fancy tools to help me figure out what they might be able to do to help. He even came out a second time to provide more information than the leak detection company could provide. I will definitely call them when it’s time to repair, after the leak(s) have been fixed!

Leaking showers led to mold which required removal, repair and replacement of the two showers. Rick-N-Ball took care of all of that in a very professional and competent manner. The sub-contractors, Jeremy Marshall (repair and tiling) and Helder Lozano (painting and installation) were very competent and professional, as well. So was the plumber, but I didnt get his name. Unlike many home contracting projects, there were no delays. The work was done as rapidly as could be managed while maintaining high standards. Everyone worked in ways that did the minimum disruption possible and was thorough in cleaning up after themselves. When we had disagreements about how things should be done, they either gave good reasons why it couldnt be done the way I preferred or accepted my changes. All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience.

Eleanor, Helder and Mike was very attentive and explained everything. There was no guessing what was going to be done and when it was going to be done. If you want a job done right and not feel robbed then Rick-N-Ball is the company you want.I did not prefer how each service is billed on a separate invoice. They have a little complicated way of breaking their services down and how to pay, it’s billed all separately like the way hospitals bill nowadays. The billing confused me.Helder & his 4 person crew are EXCELLENT & are very detailed painters.They cleanup daily and are very respectful.The young men they have working the mitigation side with Eleanor is definitely an asset.

This is a very professional company who listens to their customers needs and works with them to find the best solution. The people are outstanding from the receptionist who answers the phone to the project manager who oversees the project. Our home was damaged by a busted pipe. After the mitigation was complete and it was time to find a contractor for the renovation I could not find anyone to even come out and give an estimate. Rick N Ball was referred to my wife by a co-worker and so I called them and they came out the same day to survey the damage and start working on an estimate. They returned the estimate quickly and even followed up several times throughout the process of hassling with the insurance company but once the insurance claim was approved they quickly got to work on getting our home restored. I would have used them for the mitigation of the water damage as well had I known about them when it initially happened. This company did a great job of removing the mold under my mothers house. Then they had to replace some of the floor joust and subflooring. After they made sure the floor was in good condition they put down new flooring and painted the baseboards. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We hired Rick-N-Ball Restoration as a result of a roof leak in one of our bedrooms and on the recommendation of the roofing repair company. These guys were incredibly responsive; price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job repairing the damage in the bedroom. A particular shout out is for Blake who led the team and was responsive and when they couldn’t find trim and other parts that matched what we already have, they took the trouble and tracked it down in just a couple of days and everything was installed and painted beautifully. You would never know that anything happened in that room and in fact the paint color they were able to match to where I had no idea where the old paint stopped and the new paint started they did such a great job matching a unique paint color. Blake would contact us and let us know the status of everything so that we always knew where things were, when we would receive things, when his team would come by and finish and we highly recommend this company.

This was my first time having a contractor work on my house and it could not have gone more smoothly. Blake always kept me up to date with the state of the project and responded quickly to any questions I had. There was a bit of a setback to the schedule when the problem was worse than expected, but they had workers come on the weekend to help put it back on track. The finished work they did on the bathroom looks spectacular. They got my input on every detail from exhaust fan to rough end kits which did did require learning some new terms, but ensured that the end product was exactly what I wanted.

Wow, the work they did was amazing!We had a pipe leak under the slab. We initially choose another company to replace the pipe leak and man do I wish we used Rick-N-Ball. The first company only did the pipe fix and left us with a huge mess.They came in sealed off all hallways and kept the dust completely contained. They had to level off the concrete slab, replace hardware, fix drywall and paint. My husband and I had water damage and mold underneath our home this past July. Andrew (with Rick-n-Ball) and his crew of 4 worked hard and long days to remove all of the mold underneath our home and repaired the damaged wood underneath there. There were mold spores that had gotten in our HVAC air ducts which caused our air inside our home to be compromised. Everything inside our home was wiped down and air scrubbers brought in to rid the air and surroundings of these mold spores. We were able to move in shortly afterwards. The work included designing and constructing an outdoor fireplace, building a roof over the entire patio and covering it with metal panels. Their work was outstanding and completed on schedule. My second experience was definitely unplanned and occurred after the main water line into my home started leaking. Upon detection I immediately contacted Rick-N-Ball for assistance / guidance as I knew they worked closely with USAA and other insurance companies to mitigate water damage and reconstruct accordingly. Shortly after contacting them Andrew arrived with a plumber and the source of this leak was quickly detected and repaired. Kevin then guided me through the steps necessary to initiate a claim and continues to work with USAA on my behalf. Their professionalism and genuine concern for the homeowner’s worries made this ordeal a little more bearable.
