I have been going to Eddie for 5+ years now and will only go to him because he is a very knowledgeable and honest guy!! His quotes are lower with better quality parts and workmanship. He does very good quality work and service. I havent had complaints on any of the body or mechanical work he has done for me. Also, I consider Eddie the best body and auto mechanic! Ill always recommend him to anyone I know that needs work done.

Never recieved any service from them. I went in on a Friday to get my car checked, they told me they were busy and to come back on Tuesday of the following week. Well when that day came around these guys didnt answer the phone or return any of my voicemails none that day. So I would definitely rate the service bad. How is this a busy and they dont answer their phones all day. Smh.P.S. He NEVER returned my call until he read this review and actually had the nerve to tell me to take it down. This is what happened to ME now how treats others might be good but I was not satisfied.

The best auto repair/maintenance place I have used! Being female and knowing nothing about cars it’s really important and a huge relief for me to finally have someone I can trust to take of my car! Service was excellent, fast and friendly. Eddie made the whole process of getting my car fixed a breeze! He is very knowledgeable about everything he does and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive he was for the top quality service he provides. Will definitely be the only place I take my car for anything. Eddie helped out my 17 year old daughter whos car broke down in Madison on her way to Eau Claire when he wasnt even open on a Saturday. Ed Rodell went out of his way to bring her a loaner car so she could continue on her weekend trip to visit college friends, then fixed her car Monday morning. He is extremely TRUST WORTHY, KIND and REASONABLE! Ed and his shop are truly wonderful people and are hard to find these days. I dont know how to thank them !!!! Too bad they arent closer to our home because they would be our #1 auto shop!

Brought my 2017 Honda Accord in to get the bumper replaced because of a hit and run. Bummer situation made into a great experience because of Eddie. Very professional work, very reasonable guy and he went out of his way to make my vehicle like new again. I had to cancel my initial appointment for an estimate and he made it so easy for me. He came to my vehicle to do the estimate. Also caught many things the insurance company didnt pay any attention to. Anyhow, I would highly recommend.
