Going on 3 weeks and still havent been paid from working. I showed up to work on time and worked. I should be getting paid simple as that. Instead Ive been getting the run around. Then after calling headquarters, I get told the server is down they are working on getting it back up and running and everybody is waiting to be paid including the woman I was talking with. Seriously how long does that take? If you ask me I think its a bunch of lies. No one in management is waiting months without being paid. How are their bills getting paid? Im behind in my bills because of this. I have to keep asking for extensions on my payments because of the lies they are feeding us about not getting paid. Eventually, I wont be able to ask these people to hold out anymore. They want their money like I do. Luckily I was able to go back to my job I had before and will be recieving a check for sure. I will not work for this company ever again. And I advise no one else to either. Unless you like working for free.

Run dont walk, and seek employment elsewhere if youd like to get an actual paycheck or answers about why you arent being payed. I was supposed to be paid Friday. There was some technical difficulties, not he first time this had happened, and now almost four days later I have yet to be payed. Ive called corporate several times where I get sent to the same answering machine Ive left eight messages over four day, and no one will return my calls. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was flat out told no. Now they hang up every time I call. I went to spherion staffing and got a job with no issues. Ive worked for Orion again no problem. Do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else if youd like to get paid. My rent was due the 19th and i get a $15 dollar late fee every day. I get to pay 60 in late fees because surge wont give me the check that I was due four days ago. If you work here youre literally gambling with your own check. Most unprofessional business Ive ever had the misfortune to come into contact with.

I went inside because I had an acquaintance friend that works there or use to. She was not In so different girl said hello. But quickly said I wasnt a good fit. I already have an account there from last year and Ive already applied online and also filled out more information on a computer inside their office. She didnt ask me my name or ask for my experience but quickly shot me down and said I wasnt a good fit. What does that mean? Ive worked medical, retail, and food industries. Im not sure why I was judged, but whatever.

I got a job at technicolor. Then got hurt at work, and my supervisor didnt tell me to fill out an incident report. So I didnt, I left like she said to. Then I go to call out for the next day since my doctor said not to go in. So then I call surge. Turns out they didnt do their job and give me the right paperwork to be rehired since I worked security there about a year or so ago. So instead of getting to go back to work I got fired and called a little because surge didnt give me the correct paperwork.

I have never been an employee, but when you go on indeed like most Americans do, only to see a staffing service enter the realms of hospitality, to see the going rate for a front desk clerk at a hotel is $7.50 an hour, I begin to question their practices. And if by some reason they can legitimately describe their business practices, you will come to find that here comes Globalism, full speed ahead, and these are the wages to avoid, these are businesses to avoid, this is the type of economic empowerment that creates a permanent UNDERCLASS of people devoid of the basic freedoms of ownership based on the slave wages these people are trying to impose. These wages are a direct threat to the viability of the Hospitality industry. GOOD LUCK with your job searches!

Good customer service from Andrea but other than that the jobs that they have are complete joke only Technicolor and Waynes farms almost everybody has those and those are revolving door

The place is a joke, offering half of what the industry standard rate is.
