IF YOURE CONSIDERING IT, JUST APPLYI got involved with Drake & Company in late April/early May 2021. At this time, I was a junior in college looking for summer work in between semesters. I had anticipated that it would be very difficult to find temporary work in a professional environment, but Alexis Acker, who helped me through the job-searching process, was able to introduce me to a variety of opportunities best suited to my abilities. By mid-May, I had already been hired for a temporary position at a law firm. I truly couldnt have had a better experience with Drake as Im currently working my dream summer job. Ive always wanted to work at a law firm and the work environment is fantastic, so Im absolutely thrilled to have found this opportunity through Drake & Company. Based upon my experience with Alexis, Drake doesnt just treat you like a client; they treat you like someone they genuinely care about. So if youre having trouble finding professional work, I highly recommend you look into this company. My experience was so positive that I have already actually recommended it to several of my close friends.

Drake and Company is an excellent staffing firm with a personal touch. They are great at following up and really identifying what you are looking for. Friendly and accommodating staff. Made the process very easy. My only criticism is that there was a miscommunication in the reply chain between Drake and the company hiring. However interview was rescheduled without problem and I did get the job.

When I needed to find a new job, I turned to a couple of staffing companies/agencies in the area. Drake and Company was quick to prove they are a step above the rest. The first day I visited their office, I was introduced to everyone who worked on researching positions for those in search of a job, and shook each of their hands. They all took into consideration what I was specifically looking for, and always called or emailed when something new crossed their desk.Then, within about two weeks or so, I had an interview set up with a local real estate company. Ive been working at my new position now for a little over two months. Throughout the entire process, the representative I worked with, Shane, kept in contact with me to make sure things were going smoothly, and to make sure that I was happy with my new position. I had a very positive experience working with Drake and Company recently. After finding a posting I was interested in on Indeed, I was routed to Drake and Company’s website and was surprised by how many professional level positions they offer. I had never used a staffing agency but I decided to give it a shot. They have a friendly and responsive team who actually listened to what I was looking for in a position and helped me find an opening that matched. I ended up getting an offer for a great position with a well respected company (and the salary I wanted) and couldn’t be happier!

The staff were all pleasant and professional in our phone and face-to-face interactions, but their follow-up communication left a lot to be desired. As soon as I was signed on, the staff stopped responding to my emails. They never got back to me about the job I initially applied for through their company, and, in the time I was with them, they only referred me to one potential client, who wasnt the best match, and then never followed up with me on that one either. Not the best experience.

I first used Drake & Company in the early 1990’s and I have used them several times since then. They have always placed me in jobs that I felt I was well suited for and made sure that because I felt they did right by me I always wanted to make sure I did right by them. Thank you Kelly and staff over the years for your professionalism and amazing ability to place me in the right job at the right time.

I was pretty frustrated with my job search on my own until I found Drake. Everyone was so nice and understood that I was ready to change jobs and the industry I was in. They found the perfect fit for me and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Drake!

Easy application process. Very professional and responsive. I always received a call/email back within a few hours if no one was available immediately. They still follow up with you after you accept the job offer to make sure everything is going well. Took some of the stress off of my shoulders!

I visited Drake and Company in August, when I first moved to Madison. I had visited originally to get help updating my CV, however by the time I had left, I had already been set up for a job interview (which I got!)The staff at Drake and Co have been incredibly friendly and helpful to me, have taken calls from me out of hours and even offered to drive me to my interview as I had no car and didnt know my way around.Drake and Co couldnt do enough for me!
