This review was from a very bizarre phone call I received from them. Called me saying they received my application. Asked me a few basic questions. Then she asked if I would be interested in a remote opportunity. I replied yes, because duh. Then she said they didnt have any and asked what type of position I would be interested in. I said, well, the one Ive applied for. She said she doesnt know what that was and to go on their website to apply. Left me very confused.

Worked for them for half a day because the job wasnt as described. But when asked about getting paid they told me they paid me on the card they never gave me. Now they are having issues. Because american bank cant even find record of the card.

They really, really do not want you to see their insurance plan. I was told that Its not great but its not terrible, which I would later learn means that it basically works for you if you dont ever use it. I had to call my recruiter and really press to see the plan (which, ordinarily, they dont show you until a week after youre employed), and when I found out exactly how much wasnt covered, I had to turn down the job offer due to my current medical needs. I was then lectured about how I gave the company my word, even though I hadnt signed anything and was pressured into giving an answer before I was ready to, even after asking for more time. My recruiter proceeded to make very personal judgements about my circumstances even though I made it very clear that medical insurance is the most important thing for me and my family, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Its a shame because the rest of the process went pretty smoothly. I wish I could recommend, but the last two days have shown me a very unprofessional side of this company.

People need jobs that’s why they come to you guys for help. The right fit, is find people jobs ASAP. Don’t judge them and waste their time! People with diploma don’t need your help! They can do it on their own! If you guys are not finding jobs for clients out there! You are not doing your job! And should be judge with a bad feedback. I’m saying, you are there at your desk all day! If you don’t find people jobs! What are you doing? If you have people come in for interview and will get back at them, please don’t waste their time. Keep hiding in your office and make easy money. Not professional.

Only helpful when theyre trying to get you hired. Once the contracts signed youre nothing to them. Abysmal communication took months for them to answer simple questions after multiple emails and calls. Meanwhile when they need something they spam you with calls claiming its urgent and your job is at stake. Dont buy into their fake niceness youre just a paycheck to them.

Absolutely unprofessional! Have contacted them multiple times over the last year, have been asked to submit an updated resume, which I have submitted, and then no follow-up. I havent even received a call informing me that they simply have no positions to match my skill set to. They just dont call at all. This is what occurs when you put inexperienced, irresponsible sorority girls in charge. The positions they offer are entry level, with entry level pay. Even when you ask to be placed in a position that is non-science related, they have nothing. This agency is useless and exploitative of employees they are able to match with jobs. Theyre as bad as every other temp agency out there. Take the time to actually look through job ads. Do not rely on these people at this agency for anything.

Working with Aerotek has been by far the worst working experience in my career. During my time with them, I was mistreated, disrespected, lied to, and ignored habitually. Aerotek provides absolutely no customer service or HR services, services they are supposed to provide. Throughout my 8 months working with Aerotek, I was constantly trying to figure out information and get answers from them. This was extremely frustrating and caused a lot of unnecessary stress in addition to having to start a new job and learn the ways of the office. These stresses started from Day 1 and did not cease until up to a month after my contract ended.The lies they told me included the type of work I would be doing, the amount of paid time off I had, and the duration of the contract period. When I was hired, I asked about PTO because a friend of mine was getting married in Europe and I wanted to see if I would be able to go. They told me I had a week of paid vacation, and based on this I booked planes and accommodations for my trip. It wasnt until 3 months later, 1 month before my trip, that I found out that I in fact did not get any PTO. This lie cost me approximately $3,000 in travel expenses and lost salary. They also lied about the type of work I would be doing. Before getting hired, I was told the position would be a drafting position at an engineering firm. When I started work, I was immediately given engineering work instead. I accepted the starting salary they offered based on drafting work, not engineering work, and because of that I ended up taking a $10,000 annual pay cut from my previous job. My contract period was also supposed to end in November, but without my knowledge or input they decided to extend this until January, which resulted in an extra 2 months that I had to deal with Aerotek and go without PTO, access to company benefits, and a reduced salary.In addition to the lies, they showed a complete lack of responsiveness and service. Every question I had from small minute things to more important questions took a MINIMUM of 2 weeks for them to respond. And the first response was often well look into that. Most issues took over a month to resolve, and the resolution usually ended in them revealing they had lied to me earlier.I could not speak more lowly of Aerotek. Unless you have absolutely no other job prospects, I would never go through them for work. You will be lied to and swindled out of every penny they can take. They are a terrible company with 0 professionalism, organization, or respect.

I am very appreciative of the service that Aerotek has provided with positioning me in my current Systems Engineering role (direct hire). My personal contact at Aerotek was Janki Patel who was extremely helpful in connecting me with my current employer, prepping me for interviews, and keeping clear communication while moving the process along quickly with her fast response time. Throughout a job search, you normally encounter many unknowns regarding the status of your application, but with Aerotek, they kept me informed every step of the way.

They contacted me in late June about a job opportunity. I responded a week or so later saying I was interested. I went in for a first round interview with them. I went in for a second round interview where Id actually be working. I was offered the job. I accepted the job in July. Then when time came to start it in August, the whole thing evaporated. Their own staff doesnt seem to communicate well internally, so if one guy tells you something, the other guy doesnt know about it. They left me floating for over a month. Id rate zero stars if it was an option.

I like to thank Trevor and the Aerotek staff for helping me transition into my new career. They made the process fast and easy. They have great opportunities with great companies that need great workers like me. If your looking for a career path, and not just another job. Then this is the place for you to start.

I called this location to gain assistance in my job hunt. Their staff is incredibly friendly over the phone and thats where it ends. I tried to communicate with my recruiter multiple times through email. I was ignored and no further communication provided. If an organization isnt interested in an individual they need to say so not ignore them. I found my experience to be disrespectful and I would never recommend Aerotek.

They dont waist any time. It is a very good option for people who walk upright and dress casual/ formal. They found a place for me were I fit in and the employer is happy to have an asset.

Very unprofessional. They say they’ll call you back in a couple of days, but they don’t. If you call them, you just get their voicemail and they never return your calls. If you’re looking to go through a temp agency for help finding a job, my recommendation would be to use a different company. I understand that they have more than one person that they work with, but when you call almost every day for 3 weeks and never get a return call is unacceptable.

Dont be late submitting time or theyll hold your pay for weeks. Theyll tell you dates that your money will be in your account and those dates come and go with no resolve. Really dissapointing. Im sure they got their money from the company im working with though.

Son in midst of bad experience. Told he had a job and given a start date. He put in his notice and quit his current job for the new job. The day before he was to start they called and said they made a mistake and was to start the following week. Then it happened again… So two weeks later after he left his prior job, he still has not started the new promised job. Yesterday his calls were not returned. And now today they said they made another mistake and his job is now on second shift and not on the first shift, which is what they offered him originally! There are probably laws against being told one thing and then offering something else. He still hasn’t started the job yet so we’ll see. Horrible horrible agency.

They were always quick to respond to any questions that I have as well as to provide me feedback from the prospective employer. They have provided great energy and effort to help find new opportunities for me. This time it was no different. Janki Patel was great and easy to work with. When she first contacted me I was not actively seeking a new opportunities. Thanks to her dedication and hard work I was able to land a position that was a better fit.I highly recommend Aerotek to anyone looking for new employment opportunities.

If you reschedule with them after setting an appointment they will automatically assume you have a bad attendance record and give you lectures about them wasting their time with you. I called a couple days in advance to reschedule but they still respect the fact that other things in life happens. Never doing business with Aerotek ever again.

Emily was very great to work with. she was very energetic and you could tell she enjoyed placing people in their new jobs.I have worked with Aerotek about 10 years ago after an injury. they got me back into the workforce then and have kept my file active since. Emily recently called me with a job offer that was to good to pass up.I would recommend Aerotek to anybody needing a job.

I would say avoid aerotek staffing if you have any control over it. The recruiters are mostly young and inexperienced and if your contract should come to an end there is a good chance that they will say it ended because you did a poor job and that makes your unemployment benefits become a pain. I have worked many, many contracts and Aerotek is the only staffing agency I ever had a problem with.

THEY KEPT CALLING ME AFTER 2 YEARS OF TELLING THEM THAT I DONT WANT TO WORK WITH THEM ANYMORE AFTER THEIR CLIENT LAID ME OFF! DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I have been registered at several temp agencies in the area, but this one is absolutely USELESS when it comes to getting me even an interview. While other temp agencies have gotten me interviews and even actual jobs, this one hasnt even gotten me ONE interview in over 6 years. All they do is call me once or twice a year and say, Hey hows it going, tell me they are impressed by my resume, yet I never hear from them again. As a result of their failure to get me anything, I have asked them to stop calling me several times and they still continue to call so they dont listen as well. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Aerotek and especially Lauren in Madison were very helpful in my job search. I was wary of calling them, as Ive had bad experiences with recruiters in the past, but they understood exactly what I was looking for and found reasonable options for me. While I ended up accepting a position I found elsewhere, the position I interviewed for through them would have also been a good fit. I can see their service being very helpful for anyone whos been un(der)employed for a long time, or otherwise less familiar with the job search process. Be clear about what you want to do and could do, and theyll be on your side while youre looking!

I went to areotek for help in finding employment , and they never got back to me. I tried to contact them by phone, email and I got nothing. Really disappointed because they were rated so high too smh.

I had a great experience working through Aerotek as a contingent worker. After 6 months of work i was hired full-time by the company Aerotek had recruited me for. I highly recomend using Aerotek as your employment agency.

The most useless staffing agency Ive ever dealt with, I am highly qualified and they still fumbled it from start to finish. Worked with two people at the same time who were supposed to be helping me find a job, but I dont think they ever communicated with each other. Phone calls were not returned, interviews/weld tests scheduled with very little notice, wrong locations, wrong times. Two people telling me two different start dates/test times/company locations and no one picks up their phone to help explain. So much inconsistent information I cant believe this is what they do for a living. Will never go through aerotek again. Find another staffing agency.

I have been working for Aerotek since January 12, 2015, and my experience with them has been excellent. When I went in to do all the paperwork, the people there were very friendly and helpful. The office area was very neat and clean.I have been working directly with Neckhat Amiri and my interactions with her have just been wonderful. She is very easy to communicate with, a great listener and has taken the time to answer any questions or concerns that I might have. I greatly appreciate the time and effort that she has taken with me and I would highly recommend her and Aerotek to anyone, and I have actually done so.

I have had a fantastic experience with Aerotek as a whole, and in particular Janki Patel. Her support through the hiring process and well into my work in the field has been instrumental in a process that is often stressful. Great job placement but they are rude and organized majority of the time. I had one job placement with them when I requested another one they called and told me they cant work with me because I have no work experience ....I been working since I was 14 and I am black female. I dont recommend for black people.

I am very happy with my experience with Aerotek. I wanted to get a job at KIPP Corporation, because its 2 mile proximity to my home, its one of the cleanest factories Ive ever seen (especially considering we manufacture metals) and its a field I wanted to give a try. I worked for the company that cleans KIPPs office areas and bathrooms and had to walk through the plant to access some areas I cleaned - I had cleaned in about 8 other factories, though plant cleaning was done by the plant employees. I took my resume to KIPP in person and was told they do all their hiring through Aerotek.I wasnt looking forward to having anything to do with a temp agency, due to my short experience with Labor Ready and a staffing agency on E. Wash near downtown Madison... dont remember their name and dont care to. Both were over 10 years ago. I had a view of temp agencies as being bottom of the barrel choice for people who either cant hold a regular job or who are desperate and the agency gives them the run around, treats them like crap as though they are disposable. From my experience and the many stories Ive heard. So, though I wasnt looking forward to setting foot in a staffing agency, I went to Aerotek, dropped off my resume and although it was just past their closing time (5:00), the receptionist was happy to leave my resume for Dan Murphy, the KIPP recruiter and Gerardo Pina (another recruiter who worked with Dan on my hiring) took a moment to speak with me as well. The Aerotek staff is warm and welcoming. I cant say enough good things about them and how they got me the job I wanted (quickly, might I add) and didnt even hint at diverting me to any other job. I felt as though I was job shopping and was a customer to Aerotek, on par with KIPP being their client. Not a disposable stock commodity to be sold to their clients.While my opinion of Labor Ready hasnt changed, next time Im looking for a job (hopefully long from now), I will look at staffing/temp agencies with an open mind. Aerotek and its staff, especially Gerardo, single handedly changed my mind about temp agencies.

I had a bit of mixed opinion about aerotek as my previous contact introduced me to a work that ended up being very high turn over work environment, micro-managing supervisor, and borderline assembly line/manual labor work even though I had solid scientific research qualification. Then I got in contact with Geraldo Pina. He was very easy to talk to and he tried to understand what my situation was and what I was looking for and consistently in contact with me and potential employers to give me the goal I was looking for. Even though I was relocating, he got into contact with another aerotek associate in the area Im moving to and got me a position that I can grow my career and skill sets. Im very happy with Geraldo and lucky to get to know him.
