Cremation Society of Madison was recommended to me by a local hospital because family members of other patients had told medical staff about how much they had liked the services provided. I had same experience. Lisa was wonderful in helping us start the process. Services very reasonably priced. This society has many locations in WI, which makes it convenient. One thing not clear was that I needed to pay in full first before they will pick up my loved one.

Lisa provided excellent service with compassion. I highly recommend this company.

Very helpful courteous and friendly! Only complaint I have my Sons ashes send to us down to Florida, opening the box. The temporary urn was cracked not wrapped in anything a ball of Bubblewrap was bunched up next to it? The bag with the ashes had a hole in it and there was ashes all over the box! Was a sad moment opening that box and seeing my sons ashes scattered all in side! I dealt with Marco Cannestra, the Director, and hes patient, kind, well informed and prepared, very helpful and in constant contact when you need him the most. For years I had read of the funeral industry taking advantage of people in their hour of need, by overcharging them for their services, and here comes the Cremation Society with their very fair price and services that are just great.... I cant recommend them enough. They even kept following up with my family, days after, to find out if we needed anything. Thank you for helping us so much during this terrible time.
