Josh both knows his stuff and knows how to communicate it--a rare combination in tech folks. He consulted with my employer during an IT transition and helped us plan our Network Operations Center, which now runs smoothly. Hes been equally helpful and expertful for tech needs that Ive had at home, recently recommending a router and wifi access point that beat the PANTS off of what I had before.I recommend Josh and Tech Madison highly.
