Carmen and his team have done a tremendous job for me. They improved my home connectivity by switching me to the eero mesh network. They recommended, secured and set up my new laptop. I have been a client of PC Problems for about a year. I cant thank them enough for how responsive they are any time that we call . This past Saturday our system was down due to a power failure and Carmen was able to get us up and running in less than half a hour. This company outshines all my previous IT support firms. I walked in hoping to buy a cord for my external hard drive. He went in the back and found a cord that would work, and didnt even charge me for it since it was an extra cord he had laying around. If I ever need help with my computer I will be coming here!!

My Lenovo all in one hard drive crashed and was replaced under warranty by Lenovo but they were of little help with recovery of software etc...even that which I bought from them originally. The recovery disk was used, but did not have setups I needed to be functional - Windows, antivirus, internet connection, etc.PC Problems (esp. Denise and Mauris) were very helpful to get me up and working again. Mauris has answered my helpdesk calls...always helpful, service with a smile. Thank you PC Problems....

Worst customer service and worst experience ever, the owner thinks hes a tough guy who could do whatever he wants, he can be rude to people, pass out false info and end up having your business, hes a very condescending, rude and immature person. If you value your time and money go some where else.
