Knowledgeable would be the word that comes to mind. I had a few questions, started driving for Uber, had other tax years looked at and they found more money i should have received, and got it for me. I used to do my own, and some years paid for others to do it, but this was for sure the way to go. Answered all of my questions so that i could understand them. I have no need to ever do my own again. Easy process too, can do much or all of it online.

My husband and I have a construction business and switched to Number Wise Tax this year. Robin, was our tax preparer. She allowed us to work remotely so we could keep leading our busy lives. It was super easy to upload all our documents to them. Robin was so helpful, patient and kind even thought about a few deductions possibilities I had not thought to add up and provide to her. I know she was working well in to the night as she would email us at midnight.

So glad I found this place. Office is a little hidden on E. Wash just before Good year Tire. Paula is professional and Knowledgeable. They have options too if you do not want to go in person. I will be back.
