I went in for an antibody test. I tried to make an appointment online as suggested. However, everything was booked for over two weeks. I decided to take my chances as a walk-in. I checked in at the kiosk, and since I had already entered all of my info online when requesting the test, it was a very simple process to check in. The receptionist told me to take a seat and wait. I expected to be there a long time, but I was called back within a few minutes. The lady who did my blood draw was wonderful and friendly, and was done in a couple of minutes. Overall, I was in and out in under 10 minutes.Update: I received my test results in less than 24 hours. Extremely impressed with my experience. They came with a downloadable PDF file that I can present to my employer.
This place deserves ZERO stars!!!This place is pathetic af! Two plus hour wait with one worker and lobby full of ppl waiting for labs. Receptionist is a rude Bit@h! Don’t spend your money here- sad when we’re paying them and they take their sweet time with no compassion what so ever. Place is a legit dump. Travel the extra miles and go elsewhere.
I was a little worried about this labcorp location because of all the negative reviews. But, it was actually the best labcorp experience that Ive had so far. I showed up for a walk in at 10:10, and only waited for 20 minutes. The woman drawing my blood was SO NICE! Getting blood drawn is terrible, but she made it so much better.
My first experience with Labcorp. I was advised to make an appt for my bloodwork because apparently they prefer that. The soonest available appt they had was 2 weeks out. So I booked that. When I got there on time, with an appointment, I still had to wait 25 minutes before they took me back. Once I was back there, it was about another 10 minute wait before my blood was actually drawn. The technician seemed very confused like she had no idea what she was doing. So much so that I was worried she would test for the wrong thing. Please tell me why I arrived for a 3:15 appointment and ended up not leaving until 4. My only positive thing to say is I had results early the next morning. My second experience. I just had to drop off a sample. All other labs Ive done this with, I was in and out in probably under 2 minutes. This time with LabCorp, I had to wait 20 minutes. To drop off a sample. There is never any receptionist there so I couldnt ask if someone could just take it. The first time a lab technician came out she called someone back for bloodwork. And she told everyone in the waiting room, even if you have an appointment youre going to have to wait. I told her hey I just have a sample to drop off, can someone take this? She looked at me, didnt say anything, then went back into the lab and shut the door.I am never going back here. I will try Quest Diagnostics next. Although they also have a pretty bad reputation, theres no way they can be as bad as LabCorp.
Very creepy vibes here. The check-in area is a tiny 25 sq. ft vestibule with hard hats on the wall and neon safety vests (why?).The lab technician argued with me about my contact information because I told her it was correct. But she interrupted me, and said I didnt review it close enough. The room where I got my blood drawn felt like a dorm room. Bunch of plastic storage containers, cork board with the techs family photos, bath and body works lotions, lots of drawers labelled using a label marker. Dozens of past patients samples on open shelves.Called three different times ahead of my visit just to confirm if they were open. (Im not local). No one answered the phone, and no one called me back. Took a chance and just dropped in.Strange. Go somewhere else if your insurance lets you.
My doctors office used LabCorp to take some tests and this is the second time I’ve gotten a bill that I’ve already paid for. To make things better, when I tried calling their customer service, they can’t even connect me because it doesn’t recognize my invoice and zip code *clearly printed on the bill*. Does the bill even exist? Am I just going to start getting collections calls now? Who knows!
If I could give 0 stars, I could. United suggested Walgreens to get a Covid Test for my international flight. The test was sent to LabCorp for processing. I particularly searched for a Walgreens that offered test results in 48hrs and checked LabCorps website that stated test results in 1-2days. Took my test 54 hours ago and still didn’t receive my results.I had to re-book my flight. Book a hotel to stay near the airport and had to spend $250 on a rapid antigen test to get on my flight tomorrow.Called LabCorp customer service 4 times throughout my wait at the airport to ask them to look into my test results. The first time I was told I should have the results already, the 2nd time I was told results take 2-4 days (which would make then unusable for international travel) the 3rd and 4th time they literally hung up on me.Incredible expensive, frustrating and unfortunate mistake to use LabCorp.
Horrible customer service. Went on Saturday (they say walk-ins are welcome on their website). Got there around 9:35am--the check in kiosk said out of order. Went into the building and there was no receptionist. 3 people come in after me. We tried calling the customer service line to no avail. At ~9:50, someone finally comes into the room from the back and asks why we didnt check in...I say that the kiosk says out of order and then we ask if we try to check in anyway, and she said no and she takes the person who had an appointment at 10am back right away. Meanwhile, the other patrons check in on the out of order kiosk. She brings out a sign in sheet, and I sign in first (since I was there first). She comes back out at around 10:10 and takes the person who signed in at the kiosk, even though she said we were using the sign in sheet. (and I was there first). I left an hour later, at 10:30, without getting lab drawn. Truly deplorable/disorganized customer service. Sidenote: I dont know what took so long to draw labs on the people they did take back. Ive been to an OP lab at UW for a blood draw since COVID started and was in and out in 5 minutes.
I went there today for a Covid Antibody test. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was very friendly and efficient. I dont know why people are complaining about this place.
Hours are constantly changing, very frustrating to try to plan and drive all the way in to find out they are closed.
Before, I wrote a scathing review. LabCorp has greatly improved service so I must improve this review. Nice work LabCorp.
I wish I could give zero star. The customer service can just hang you up for No reason.
Made an appointment here for routine bloodwork despite all the bad google reviews. I experienced no problems and received fast and efficient care. I was surprised that the phlebotomist handles all the insurance paperwork. This does not seem like an effective use of her time. They should hire additional staff to help out as this labcorp location can get very busy.
Please. Do not go here if you dont have to. Showed up for my SCHEDULED appointment after driving the half an hour it takes to get here. Took a day off work to do this. They are closed due to staffing issues. Bull. They just wanted a long weekend after the holiday. I didnt get any notification at all. They didntdo Anything. The sign outside even said they were closed yesterday and tomorrow, not today. Now I have to take another day off next week and drive another half an hour to do this again! They dont care about their patients.
Went there with an order form from my doctor. The 2 business day results were fine considering it was a holiday weekend. They took the wrong test! Their negligence cost me a fight in Vegas
Horrible, run down, disturbing and very dirty place to receive medical treatment. The nurses literally had their personal belongings laying all over the room where I was to get my glucose test done. They even had a HAIR STRAIGHTENER laying out! Very very disturbing! Not to mention, it seems they’re transporting medical tests or samples in a dirty COOLER on a dolly across a huge parking lot!!! I’m just so disturbed that this is a medical facility. Not to mention, I had a scheduled appt but had to run to the car for my doctors lab order and she said she was going to take the NEXT patient because of it! And I would have to wait until her appt was done to be seen. I cannot believe this place exists.
I am changing my review to a 1 star. This is my second time going here and they are not fully compliant and get faulty test results all the time which is why the people who tested my results did not want to speak with me. The Phlebotomists reviewed my results and diagnosed me herself, something she does not have the certifications for. Tread very carefully before you think about going here. A lot of false-positives.
I have been using this facility for two years. everyone has been friendly and efficient.
Horrible customer service. They will close the office and not send notification of cancellation.
Very unfriendly and disrespectful phlebotomist. Extremely condescending and argumentative. Never going there again,
