They rotated the tires! When I was going to leave the low tire pressure was on so I went back to have it checked! They added air and the alert sign went off! I told him this was the third time it has happened!!!He told me to keep an eye on the tire!We went to Oklahoma on a long weekend trip! While we were in the wild prairie area the tire went and we had to change the tire!!! Oh what a deal in 100 degree weather! When we got back to town we had to find a tire dealership! We had to drive another 20 minutes to the town of Bartlesville for a tire then actually put two rear tires on!I think when they rotated the tires they should have noticed if there was anything wrong ! Even when he put air in the tire it should have made him look further!!!Well The tire dealership was one of the nicest and I will buy the other two through them!!!

Service Tech, Isiah, assisted me with obtaining a loaner vehicle during the time my vehicle was serviced and new tires were installed, and he kept me updated with progress of the service. He was personable and professional. Although the service took longer than expected, due to human error, Isiah was upfront about what had happened and I was not inconvenienced as I was able to keep the loaner until all was complete. I immediately noticed a smoother and quieter ride in my vehicle and am happy to continue receiving service from East Madison Toyota Service Department.

Our Rav4 was in for water leaking into the storage compartment. Joe and his team identified a crimped gasket and were able to get it replaced.

Checked in with the service department with in 5 minutes of arrival and had a text sent as stated when the service was completed. Very nice, professional staff that appreciated my business. They told me so and that in itself was enough to leave with a smile.

They cleaned my car seat. I had spilled coffee on it. The seat looks brand new, no more stain. The job was done promptly. Everyone was very friendly!! Bathroom and waiting area was impeccably clean. They answered all my questions and did an awesome job. The entire experience was A++.

I had an appt to have an oil change and tire rotation. Was satisfied on there recommendations, decided no tire rotation was needed. The problem I had is I had an appt for 12:20 pm and didn’t get out of there til 1:15. It shouldn’t take that long to do an oil change. I also feel it’s pretty expensive. The service tech was very nice.

From the time I called to make the appointment, driving in the service dept, explaining what I needed, to my transmission fluid change, everything was smooth! They even recalibrated my TPMS at no extra charge. No more blinking light from that! Got estimates, which were reasonable, for future various fluid changes and a new battery. It took much longer than expected to get work done. I had to go across the street to see new cars to ah bemused. That was fun.Better to know at time of making appointment that it will take 3 hours. No mention of long wait during call when making appointment. The express service workers estimated 1.5 hours to complete work. The Express Service was very busy at the time I arrived and continued to stay busy till my car was done. Seems making an appointment did not matter much.Otherwise great service and the service workers checked on some extra issues, too, such as parking brake wear and general conditions of a car with 260 000.Thanks for good job.

My last oil change was done at a non-Toyota service center. They replaced the oil drain plug with one too large, which resulted in Toyota not being to remove oil. Manager Salvador and Service Advisor Nathan Goranson worked with me and attempted to have the other oil change service pay for/assist with repair costs. While not successful, the fact that Salvador and Nathan took time to speak to the other lube places manager speaks volumes to me of how dedicated the East Madison Toyota employees are to their customers. Im so grateful for all of their help, friendliness, and knowledge. Kudos to them!!

The service dept was friendly and efficient and the repair was done 4hrs before it was even scheduled to begin! The after phone calls, emails and texting to take their surveys were annoying and I’m only doing this so they will (hopefully) stop!Toyota on the other hand has managed to tick off a person that likes to work on minor stuff like brakes by requiring a rediculously expensive program to check and remove engine codes rendering my handy OBD code scanner useless. All I needed was a code cancelled which i could normally do myself but instead had to waste my time and $74 for the shop to do. Bravo Toyota!

I drive from the west side of Madison to get my car serviced at Eastside Toyota. I find the workmanship is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. Everyone I interact with is friendly and helpful.

We brought our Toyota Prius in for routine 75,000 mile check to the Madison East service center. Because of the pandemic, we hadnt brought it in in 1-1/2 years so it needed more work than expected. Christian went above and beyond what anyone would expect. My husband was in a wheelchair and he graciously offered to shuttle us to Costco and bring us back. Christian and another gentleman from service doted on us......helping my husband in and out of the shuttle, running carts, taking care of purchases etc. They hurried with our car so it was done ahead of schedule! In fact, they did everything for us except pay the bill-----which was considerably less than expected! They alone are reason enough to consider a Toyota for your next purchase...and Id recommend the Prius!

Great job all!The service not listed was the change of another light bulb that went out. This time it was the front passenger side low beam head light that burned out several days ago. My 2012 Toyota Prius has had numerous lights burn out from low beam, high beam, parking, side, rear, etc. Ive never had to replace light bulbs on any vehicle Ive owned compared to the Toyota Prius. The cost of changing many light bulbs has added up to a ridiculous amount over the years!

I made my appointment for 11:00 and when I arrived, they told me they did not have me down for an appointment. I was told to go to the service counter across the street. The gentleman said there was an appointment for me. However, 2 hours later they were not done with my car yet!! It should NEVER take 2 hours for an oil change.... they must have overbooked themselves. Needless to say, I missed my appointment set for 1:00 due to their lack of getting the oil change done in a timely manner. No compensation or money off my bill due to the inconvenience either. I wont bring my car back again.

Joe and the team in the service department have been phenomenal to work with after my car was recovered after being stolen. My car was in for detailing (inside & out), Ozone treatment, reseeding of my key, as well as checking to ensure it was safe to drive. Soon after, I was back to have remote start installed. Each time I was in, I was treated respectfully and the service exceeded my expectations. Joe kept me up to date on the progress of the service, answered all of my questions, and was always willing to go the extra mile to make my experience stress free.

I called their service department to make an appointment to get a couple fender liners replaced. I asked if the parts would be there when I go to my appointment and was told yes. I was told the parts would cost $36.03 each and the labor ran at $143/hr for a total of $215.When I got to the appointment I was waiting around for the parts to get fixed and then was told there is nothing wrong with your car. I had to go into the back and point out the fairly obvious damage to the mechanic. I noticed it myself one day just because I happened to be looking at my tire.Then the break the news that my parts were not ordered. They questioned me about who I talked to and seemed to think I was lying or something about the parts (?).Eventually they said due to the inconvenience I could come back in when convenient and they would just charge me the price of the parts. Cool! If that were the end I wouldnt be writing this review.I went back in to have the liners replaced. I met with the same person I did last time I was there, so they knew the situation. Bill comes out...$215.I reminded them of last time and they reprinted the bill...$127.72 for parts.But..$215 (original total)-$143 (for labor) =$72 (for parts)Hmmm! The parts are now more expensive.Anyways. The best part of east Toyota is the snack room and if you still decide to go there after this review please take as many snacks as possible.

I brought my car in for the second time for an update in my navigation system. The first time they said the part was not available even though I waited quite a while in the store.The next time I made an appointment, spent an hour and a half of my personal time to find out that the park would not be compatible at this time. Advise East Side Toyota to figure all this out before I go to all the trouble of driving across town and back. It should be online, and they can easily determine what can be done when I make my appointment. When they determine that I cannot have the service once they find I cannot have the service done, East Side Toyota can cancel my appointment.
