I went in at 12:30 for a patch. I needed to get a new tire. I am still here at 3:30. They are short handed and overwhelmed. They are as nice as can be, but come on over 3 hours. Ive been here before and will returned again. Just a normal Friday the 13th.

Discounters ? Nah. Do not be fooled by their cute slogans and phrases on the marquee. More like price gougers. He glanced at ONE of my back tires and suddenly said I need 4.Prices? Deals? $247 for two tires ? That’s your “low end” tire ? Only free alignment with the purchase of 4 tires though ? Nope.These people aren’t invested in taking care of you only milking you for as much money as they can get. My advice: keep looking for someone who will work with you, not try and gouge you into a financing deal.

Ive tried NTB on Hwy 72 and they made some very dubious claims about repairs that I clearly did not need, so I decided to try out Tire Discounters. I used them once for an oil change in my car and once for my wifes car. A few days afterward, I noticed the splash guard under the motor carriage was hanging very low. I jacked it up and saw that only 3 of the 7 bolts holding it in place had been put back. This is the splash guard that sits below the oil filter. We have had this car since it was brand new and we have a driveway that makes this sort of thing completely obvious, so I know it wasnt like this previously. Also, even if it were, I would expect for someone to at least mention the problem to us, if it were. I am livid. What other things do they miss?? Also, when I was there, the employee made some smug comment about me having them do my oil change because I didnt want to get dirty... I do not plan to go back. Guess I have to get dirty and do it my self since none of these professionals can do something as simple as put bolts back where they found them.

The service & price was great! I was able to have them pick up my Jeep from work, take it to their shop to put on new tires & bring it back to me within 2 hours! Will definitely be using again & recommend! My tires came with a 50,000 mile warranty, free alignment & lifetime balance, rotate & repair if you have a flat.

I had a great experience using the Skip the Shop service from Tire Discounters. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation through the website. They came and picked up my vehicle at my office, performed the service, and delivered the vehicle back to me at the office! I was able to work without having the interruption of sitting and waiting to get my oil change or having someone shuttle me back and forth.

Brought in a trailer for new tires and it was done in a jiffy. New tires on the trailer: I am road worthy once more.

BEWARE: This location has unskilled and unknowledgable employees!!!! An employee left a bolt missing from my back left caliper when doing my brakes which resulted in my car coming to a complete stop on a busy 1 way road and unable to move. I had to wait 2 hours holding up traffic waiting for a tow truck! Now I need a new wheel and they are being incredibly mean, rude and difficult about it. I was told by the manager Alex that this particular employee has been fired for doing this exact thing (not putting bolts in the caliper) to 3 other peoples cars! This is no laughing matter people. If you brought your car in here for anything other than an oil change, you should immediately bring it to another servicer for an immediate inspection. Please take my advice. You could end up in a serious if not fatal crash due to their incompetence!!!!!! I am attaching a copy of my destroyed $450 wheel that they are refusing to replace.

Had it towed in due to a flat tire from it being worn out. They advised I get all 4 tires changed and I did with the protection so I wouldn’t have to deal with another flat which costed me $450. 10 days later one of my brand new tires is flat. So I had it towed back there and they charged me $48 for installation and for protection. And I had to miss a full day of work because they couldn’t get to it until late. I tried to express my concerns to the employee very nicely before writing a review but they didn’t seem to want to help me. If you want a store that you know will have your back after a big purchase I advise you go somewhere else.Edit: a few months laterThey did reach out to me only to promise to get to the bottom of the situation which was an empty promise. Probably just to make it seem like they care in their reviews but not to their frustrated customers when others browsing the internet can’t see it. They had reached out to me my email and let me know someone would be in touch and it never happened. Then I emailed them again and have waited weeks before updating my review. I would have rather not wasted my time dealing with a company who truly doesn’t care. I wish no stars was an option. I fully regret taking my $450 here.

Stopped in for a quote on a new set of tires and an alignment. The service was quick, but the estimate was incomplete and only included the tires on the printout with extras for the alignment, mounting, balancing, and tire disposal not included. I felt I was an inconvenience more than a potential new customer.

Bought four brand new tires from this place. Not even a month later I had a blow out. After spending almost 700$ for four tires they told me it was nothing they could do for me since I bought the tires under employee discount. Road Hazard was not covered. But if i needed a repair it would have been fine. I was never offered road hazard. I was even told it came with road hazard!!! I was quoted three different prices before even applying the tires. Nobody ever said hey since youre buying tires under employee discount you might want to consider road hazard. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I work a dealer that was quoting me a little higher so i decided to go with this place. Biggest regret of 2020!!!

I go to Tire Discounters consistently, whenever I have an issue. Todd Town, the manager, is fantastic; his whole team, including Alex the service manager, are awesome. The service and support we get here is what keeps me coming back and why I recommend them over and over.They give an honest opinion and you dont have to worry about them trying to sell you things you dont need. They looked at my moms can recently. She thought she needed to replace all the tires, they looked and told her she only needed 2. I trust their advice. Try them out!

Was quoted twice as much for a pair of tires that they would have shipped in from Indiana as I could pay myself from a popular online store. Im not sure what theyre discounting. Not even apologetic about trying to rip me off or willing to work with me on the price. They may be better for more common tires they carry in stock but I cant speak to that.

I arrived at Tire Discount on a Saturday at about 3:40 (they close at 4) because my tire kept loosing air. I expected a quick look and to be told I needed to come back. Instead they showed me I definitely need to have the tire replace. They had that tire in stock and replaced that tire.They never made me feel rush or like I was inconveniencing them in anyway. The price was fair and the service was great.

As a woman, I always wonder if I am getting the right quotes and service for the best price. TD is always up front and honest, with great prices too. I had a coupon for a competitor business that would have brought it down to the same price as TD. I love having a trustworthy business and knowing I feel safe driving afterwards, especially on 565 and with all the construction going on in Madison and Huntsville, this leading to nails in the roads.

I have two FREE oil changes at Bill Penny Toyota, but I refuse to use them because I do not trust Bill Penny anymore. Tire Discounters are 100% honest. The general manager, Todd, is the epitome of customer service and professionalism. I told him up front that I wanted the tire fixed and did not want a new set of tires. I went in prepared to argue against upselling. I did not have to. He understood, explained the issue with my tire, and my options. No pressure, just information. I called ahead to get price on set of tires. Ian was very professional and courteous and gave me all the prices I needed. I arrived a short time later and was greeted by another service writer while Ian had taken a break. He was also very friendly and professional. I was impressed how they treated all the customers while I was there. The lobby is very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating, childrens area, refreshment area and complimentary coffee and fully stocked water refrigerator. There were work stations with wall receptacles for charging, large TV with remote and also a monitor to watch the progress in the shop. After many bad experiences I finally found a place that did not disappoint and made me feel secure in my decision to go there. I will certainly go back for all my future services. There is a reason why they are building new facilities everywhere! They offer real customer service!

First time customer. Visited store to have 4 wheel alignment. The manager, Todd, informed me due to the performance specs of my German manufactured car, they may not be able to do the alignment. After setting it up on the rack, it was determined he was correct. However, Todd had the mechanic roll the tires to do a quick check on the alignment. It was identified my rear tires were out of spec. Todd gave me the data sheet and recommended I take it to the dealer because they had the software and tools to do the alignment correctly. Todd would not accept any payment for their efforts. Great customer service. I will be back.

The entire crew there was very nice from the time I walked in the door they greeted me and made me a priority. They asked my name and made sure to verify what I was getting done. What a great experience! My first time there. It was amazing, I came in at 4pm and they were able to do new brakes/rotors and tires before they closed at 7pm, plus a free alignment. Top notch customer service and quality work done on our vehicles. We called to set up an appointment, were taken care of right on time, were given a verbal quote before any work was done, and got to take advantage of many specials and discount savings. We did a full brake replacement, tires rotated, the works and are very pleased with everything we’ve experienced so far. I hope this continues and look forward to going back.

Very slow just to get oil changed and tires rotated. 2 hours!!! But the real shocker was the next oil change following the Tire Discounters oil change, the mechanics had to use an impact hammer to remove the too tight and striped oil plug. It took 4 different mechanics trying to get the plug out not to mention the hour of time it took! Do NOT recommend Tire Discounters!

Lydia at Tire Discounters was amazing. My 21 year old pick up broke down right in front of this business. Lucky for me Lydia at this facility was working today. On Friday, October 19, my son was in an emergent situation with a flat tire that no one keeps in stock. I called Tire Discounters on Wall Triana in Madison and spoke with Todd. He was very nice, helpful, and understanding with our problem. He told me he could have a tire within a couple of hours at a reasonable price. He also said hed be glad to check it first to be sure we even needed a new tire. We had the car towed there. When it got there, Todd and Thomas were our guys. Both were SO helpful. They were very careful with having the car unloaded due to the fact that it is lowered AND they were trying to preserve the tire if possible. Their guys went above and beyond to check for a hole. They found nothing (which was great news to us). Todd did tell us to get new tires asap all around due to wear. He explained that the car needed tires REALLY bad and as a dad, he didnt want my son to get hurt. He just got this car a couple of months ago and expected the tires to be bad. We were so impresssed with this place that the new tires are on order and expected as early as Saturday, October 20. We have three cars that will be visiting this place EVERY time something is needed. I would definitely recommend this place to any and every one. Ask for Todd or Thomas!

TD was able to find and fix a slow leak in one of my tires. It took about 45 minutes to remove the tire from the wheel, locate and remove a screw in the tread, apply an inside patch, and then remount and balance the tire. I did not have an appointment. I think the service, speed and price were first rate.

This will probably be where I take my car from now on. I came in pretty late, around 545 or so and they close at 7. They were able to put 4 new tires on my car and do an alignment with time to spare before closing. Great customer service from the staff also.

They are overpriced and when I went in there for a tire repair they were not helpful. I went somewhere else where I got a new tire with road hazard for less than the price they were going to charge me for a tire. Will not be back, the staff could careless about me when I was in there.

Be very careful about using the one at 111 Midtown Madison 4593 Wall Triana HighwayMadison Al. They took advantage of my young son charging him 612.29 to change a 69.00 part. There’s a hot place for crooked people like this! He was out of town and used this so called business and I wish I would have been there. I would have put my foot down. Also, what goes around comes around. I wish I could put pics on here to show the invoice!!
