I have been with Affiliated Insurance now for several years and I am impressed with Johns depth and knowledge of insurance. I feel confident in knowing that Affiliated Insurance is providing coverage to both my business and vehicles. His staff members are friendly, prompt and helpful. Very disappointed with this business. I called to get a quote. The rep took down a bunch of my information, I was on the phone with him for at least 20 mn answering all his questions then nothing. I called and left a couple follow-up messages but no call back. Im guessing he couldnt beat my current insurance companys price so he didnt bother calling me back but I think thats poor customer service. I guess I expected more from a neighborhood company. It only takes a few minutes to be courteous and send an email.

Ive worked with Sara a couple times and shes been fantastic handling my mothers account. Extremely helpful.
