After half year with Allstate Insurance, I will continue to stay on. My agency is pretty responsible with professional attitude, quick responses, and reasonably premium. I am so glad to work with Allstate for my car insurance!

Sending junk mail to my home with the google maps image of my house on the front is gross, and feels incredibly invasive. Consider me not an Allstate customer for life, because that is unacceptable. Reconsider your advertising methods.

This is the most wonderful group of people I actually only talked to Stephanie but she is an absolute saint! Super helpful with any question I asked and she treats you like you are the only person in the world. I never thought I would get jazzed up about insurance reviews but I could never say enough kind words about this place. Had a policy through all state and after 2 months got an email saying I was being dropped. Had to call them myself to find out the reason(which apparently my roof isn’t good enough for them). Look elsewhere for insurance before coming here
