Upsold me on premium package touting perks and benefits, then the surety refused to honor and pay when a claim was made my home. Made very few phone calls about my claim, was annoyed with my calls, and took him a week to call me after I emailed notice of cancellation. All this after walking in and buying 8 different policies at once, including a whole life policy, and paying as agreed for 8 years. Overall just didnt care. Having to sue to recover damages owed. Was not in good hands with Jon or Allstate.
