She is an outstanding, intelligent, assertive and communicative attorney. Attorney Sederholm insured that issues that my ex was hiding from the trustee all came to light which resulted in a denial of his bankruptcy bid based on fraud and abuse. She represented me multiple times in hearings in front of judges and trustees in which Kris advocated my position phenomenally. Easily the worst mistake one can make to retain these clowns. GEORGE STROTHER (the FOURTH!) fell asleep on me FOUR times while I was speaking and did NOTHING but charge me even when he was sleeping while in his office. Feet up on the desk, hands behind his head and ASLEEP....and CHARGED me for his time. A complete,, lazy, abysmal display of a money grubbing incompetent lawyer. BEWARE!

Initial consultation impressed me. Seemed to be knowledgeable, then after thousands of dollars and months we were horrified. David Kreckler never really worked with us, he seemed to pawn us off to a new Attorney, Craig, who was fairly useless. We wasted far too much money and time with this office and GOT NO RESULTS!. I DO NOT recommend!!

Law Firm wanted 1k to even meet with an atty for a consult for bankruptcy. Atty Krekeler was extremely knowledgeable, however the whole experience afterwards was a nightmare. My 1k was eaten up by emails to and from atty kreklers associates and nothing was actually filed or done for me. I was quoted that my banctrupcy would cost me $2500 all said and done by Atty Krekeler at my initial consult. I went to another banctrupcy atty that offered great affordable service, for a 3rd of the cost of these people. I dont recommend this office to anyone.

My father made some bad bets on the housing market at exactly the wrong time and at an age where living on cash flow was high risk. His financial decisions would fit quite well into a Dave Ramsey seminar in the Dont do this! section. This forced him into bankruptcy with a complicated set of assets and creditors. To make things more interesting he passed away in the middle of this horrible situation.Years later we are nearing the end of the road. My mother has received the final judgement and she got exactly the outcome I considered the best case scenario.Im forever indebted to David Krekeler and his team for navigating my mother through such turbulent waters.

Terrible law firm. Be careful! David Krekeler is the guy who runs the law firm. They have relationships with all financial institutions in the area and when you seek help they scheme with these financial institutions actually make things worse for the client to extract more money. Krekeler is highly unethical & it goes down from there with various members of the firm. They took $35,000 from us. Finally we had to file a pro se motion with bankruptcy judge to get rid of this firm from the case.We also worked with Kris Sederholm whos allowed bank to take three of our properties & get them trashed while in a Chapter 11. Then she laughed about it & sold them for 40 cents on the dollar. Another Crook!
