The estimator was knowledgeable but obviously didnt want to remove tiles and underlayment over hardwood floor. Gave verbal estimate 2000 dollars more than business we chose, never came to look at job.ADDENDUMHaving seen the reply I want to apologize for attributing motivation to David which was my opinion, only. I do think rather than calling the day before our appointment to tell me all the things that might be going on at the site he should have come and seen for himself if there was black mastic on the hardwood floor. The first estimator assured me there was only clear glue ( he had seen with his own eyes) and, as noted, his bid was significantly lower.

Dave came down to give me an estimate after we sustained some water damage in our finished basement. He provided solid recommendations for how to proceed with our project. His honest, expert advice was truly invaluable to me.

I did use this business... I got a lot of help and advice that was really invaluable to me. However, they didnt charge me for any of it! Dave walked me through my basement, and showed me my humidifier and an overview of my heating and cooling system, the calcifications along the wall and how to remove them, including what to spray and what to install in my Shop-Vac. Then he walked me all around my house, and showed me all my gutters, and looked at all of my downspouts. All from a guy sent to look for mold! He did so much that he didnt have to do, and he changed my whole homeowners maintenance routine going forward. Dave tells it like it is, and if you can handle a straight-shooter, you will benefit, too. Thanks Dave.

Fantastic service by Greg at Wing Three to inspect mold in a rental home. Called me on his way to discuss situation. While at the home he thoroughly inspected the mold and found the root cause and then explained to the tenants on better air circulation and temperature control to solve the issue. Dave has done a couple inspections for us on houses we were selling (estate and our own) and has been extremely helpful. In addition to the thorough inspections, hes given us guidance on preventative measures, and in the most recent case told us professional remediation was not necessary, saving us a ton of money. Remediation ahead of the estate sale was timely, thorough, and well worth the money. I highly recommend Wing Three and will use them for future needs.

Wing Three was quick in returning my call in need of asbestos testing/removal of tile that was found under the carpet in the basement and mold from water damage. Scheduling was done promptly and a thorough explanation on what was going to be completed was done. A walk through was done when the job was completed to review the work. Wing Three was great to work with and took time to provide updates and call afterwards to answer questions. I would recommend them, they were efficient and work was completed at a fair rate.

Appointment was set up and they never showed. Called their number and an answering service answered stating they would send a text to the scheduled individual. Still no return phone call. Hour later called again and go the answering service and again they stated a phone text would be sent. 3 days later and still have not heard from him.
