We called around 4pm asking for service on our rotating rack oven and Chris showed up the next morning at 8am and fixed it right up in under an hour. Even replaced a small part for free. Marini will be our go to now for all our commercial kitchen equipment repairs. Rates for labor and travel beat the competition by plenty. And having the confidence that they will show up when they say is not something you can put a price on when you run a production kitchen. Our previous repair service just showed up whenever they pleased and charged a heck of a lot more. Thanks so much Chris from all of us at Potters Crackers!
