I found this company after Shredd it dropped the ball and didnt show up for a scheduled appt. Shredd Corp was very professional.Sandy in the office was great. they showed up on time, were less expensive and Mo the driver was very friendly and helpful. Will use them again when the need arises.

Giving this company 1 star is an understatement. They are very unprofessional. My experience with the driver and the receptionist at the front desk was horrible. The driver complained about the boxes that he had to carry even though he had a paper that included the exact amount, and he could not carry them by himself. The driver would speak in a foreign language and walk away without telling anyone and would come back when he felt it necessary. When I called the front desk and explained that the driver needed assistants carrying the boxes, and if there was a disconnect in communication to him she was rude and didnt care. Very upset with the service of this company and will not refer or use them again.
