Came right out and located the distribution box and septic tank based on observation, no drawings or high tec locate device. Cleaned both items and made some minor repairs. Called to have our tank pumped and with in 4 hours, it was. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleasant. Would use again in the future. They guys were able to locate our tank lid which had no signs of and not aware of where it was when we bought our house and got it pumped very quickly.
