We know the staffing game can be touch and go, particularly with bringing on quality general labor personnel based on our own direct in-house sourcing efforts, but Lisa has been fast to rebound in the face of any (totally understandable) hiccups and makes sure to fulfill our needs as promised.One thing that stood out was that Lisa immediately understood the manner in which our projects and business operates which made things fast on the uptake so that our (often non-traditional) job scheduling requirements were swiftly accommodated. That was a particular issue we had with a previous employee staffing agency.Overall, MCM Staffings contractual rates were acceptable and competitive. And while our relationship with MCM is still young, the service we have received thus far has been quite impressive and we look forward to a continued, long-term partnership with Lisa Crawford and this agency for all the reasons stated above.

I went to MCM staffing back in September, Lauren Cross was working with me. She called me to come in for a face to face about a position for a medical supply company in downtown Detroit. Well Im thinking this company need a person or persons soon as possible and I was hoping I would get a call back as to whether or not they wanted me to start possibly like October 1st. I followed up with Lauren twice and she said she havent heard from the company. So when do they need someone to work for them? Its October 11th and I havent heard from Lauren in regards to this position. I have moved on with continuing to apply for other positions outside temp agencies because apparently they arent worth the time and effort for those of us who are serious about wanting to work.

Would have been more but since I am experiencing something i never encountered before while working I have to speak out. First the reason for this review is my funds have still not been loaded onto my card today yet and it is now 9:24pm. I called 3 times today just trying to retrieve info on my last call a lady sassed me and then stated that everyone funds will be loaded by 8pm this is a major inconveniences Im really in awh of this situation not to mention that my plans with my family this father day weekend may be shot and on top that now I have missed bills. This is extremely upsetting and to be honest It is infuriating me.👎👎👎

Very racist and unprofessional place of business. I went in for an entry level position, a position that I had happened to work before in the past, and was told I was not qualified. The young lady doing my interview didnt offer an explanation as to why I wasnt qualified yet she did offer a mean stare. I went to Randstad Staffing a week later and was hired for the exact same position. I wish I could remember the name of the lady doing my interview but its best to steer clear from this place if you actually do want a job. Update: if your a black guy you still may have a chance here. Its the black women they absolutely do not hire. Update 2: the ladies name is Lauren Cross.

I saw a posting for short assignment temp work in some job group on fb. I sent in my resume, and boom! Simple phone screening with Ryan Aman (great guy)! Next step were fairly simple too: background check and swab drug test. Pay was lowest than previously discussed, but I was interested in the work. I was placed in a planet doing office admin work. It was a two week assignment that I finished one week. Thanks mcm staffing. I had a great experience.

I was working with Jenni from MCM staffing and she is very unprofessional I called at 8:11 exactly spoke with Ryan who transferred me over to Jenni upon speaking with Jenni I asked her about my application status which I had been into the office a month ago. This is the most worst place to work for let alone to talk. Jenni told me not to call her before 8:00 I told her I googled the business number because its not stored in my phone told her that I didnt call at 7:45. Jenni Stated my co-worker told me somebody was calling the phone and Im not here at that time so just leave me a voicemail. I told Jenni that I never called at 7:45 this company is lying on me already to not have even started a job here in fact this has been the first time I even called besides going in for the interview which was for nothing apparently this company and people who work at the Madison Heights location is aweful and would not recommend No One I mean No One doing business with these unprofessional souls.
