I was looking to make a specific repair to an appliance, I was calling around asking about getting service and had pretty much diagnosed the problem. I left a message with Cathys Appliance repair and a little while later I got a call back. The woman called to inform me that they didnt work on the specific brand of appliances I needed help with (LG) BUT could tell from my message that I really just needed the part. She gave me a recommendation to where I could get it. That was just amazing customer service and I didnt even give them a dime. To follow through like that just shows that a business is out there to do the right thing and take care of people. *When* another appliance breaks (thats not an LG), Cathys will be the first place I call.

Technician very responsive and able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Although we were the last appointment of an unusually long day due to circumstances out of his control, he was not rushed and took time to answer questions related to the repair needed.

There was no store at the listed address. It was a residential home. Also no one answered the phone when I attempted to call several times. I have purchased appliances from Cathys in the past and was completely satisfied. That is why I tried to use them this time. Unable to connect to see if they could help me.

What a great experience with Cathy’s appliance repair. When the tech arrived, he had an idea what the problem was but instead of taking me for an expensive ride, he called his manager who came out later to double check. Two eyes are better than one, he found the issue and it was something simple. They are honest and work their tales to the bone to make you happy. Again i had a really great experience with them

Paid for a fan and thermostat for my for my refrigerator went in the basement to open freezer and everything was cooking because the fan was blowing out hot air called them and told them what happened and they wanted me to pay for them to repair it again because it was two weeks after warranty expired I know that the warranty expired but because it was so soon after they could have done something for me I would never use them again or recommend them and I almost did but wanted to wait and see how long the repairs would last thank god I didn’t

Thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of Cathys appliance repair... called for service on my washer and they were able to schedule someone out the next day! Steve was amazing he was taking all precautions and following every covid guideline to a T! The repair was handled honestly quickly and at a VERY reasonable rate... I would recommend Cathys to all my friends and family! The icing on the cake.... ***GUSH*** he even got down on his knee to pet my pup and make her feel comfortable with a stranger in the house!
