I hate uhaul ,Lol but they have the equipment I need . My experience at gray hwy . Is the BEST UHAUL DEALER I have dealt with . I rent regularly and have visited uhauls across the county .Keep up the great work !Thanks Lakeza

We made a reservation for a pick up truck. Once we got to the location, they said that the pick up truck available was already booked for someone else. They couldn’t offer a replacement. Drove 30 minutes for nothing. Do not recommend this location.

Had issues with U-haul in general today. After trying to get a trailer from a place that doesnt exist apparently. I went to this location to try and get a motorcycle trailer to find out that they only do local rentals. And they said that there were no enclosed trailers for rent besides that they had a lot sitting in the parking lot.The staff was dismissive and did not try to work with you. She said nothing for rent and that was that.While on the phone with U-haul customer service they showed trailers for rent there.Dont recommend. The staff does not want to work and dont care if they make any money.

I saw a news report by INSIDE EDITION 2/08/21 that said U-haul had been renting dirty truck, e-coli was on the steering wheel. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE A $25 CLEANING FEE. ISNT THAT WHAT YOU PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO. This is not going to solve the problem. Putting the responsibility on the public....UHAUL executives sent a written statement saying that your employees clean each truck.

Walked in there without reservation the truck, was just trying to get some quotes, gentlemen in there was very rude, Im talking about this guy was just so rude, I havent even finish my questions yet, this guy keep repeating himself saying no reservation, then we dont have the truck for you but that big one out there. I told him I just want some quotes of pricing on sizes of the trucks, this guy just keep on repeating himself lol, then I realized this guy not worth of having conversations so I just walked out and left that place.Hope whoever need to rental a truck from this place, good luck to you all.

Great customer service and price

Very rude service from owner. She plugged in a wire that was smashed and blew my fuses then wouldnt rent to me because the lights wouldnt work on the trailer. I replaced the fuses and had to tell her that she wasnt plugging that into my truck again.

Very large place but so so friendly staffs. Took me a good 45 minutes to get a truck that I reserved. And they forgot to put a dolly and dozen blankets I requested over 2 weeks ago.Well, that wasnt all. Never asked me to walk around the truck to checkout the pre-damages or anything. Well, maybe because U-Haul is a low cost company than others...?I cannot answer that.

This location had the absolute worst customer service. The owner was extremely rude and continually made it known of how much I was inconveniencing her day by showing up at 7 when they didn’t close until 8. I was sent to 4 different locations between Warner Robins and Macon with my reservation that day to pick up a trailer, where each location did not have the trailer that I reserved. U-Haul is horribly disorganized and this Gray HWY location is terrible now that they have switched ownership. I recommend that this location be the last resort of where you should reserve and pick up your trailer.

I would not recommend this location. I went there after having reserved a utility trailer. I waited 20 minutes for someone to talk to me. I was then told to pull around to the side and they would hook the trailer up. After waiting another thirty minutes, nobody had bothered to come out. I gave up and left. Dont waste your time.

Called to see if they had any truck and staff was rude and dont offer to tell me when a truck would be available.

Customer service was not the best. Asked questions to understand and received rude responses. Will not return here and don’t recommend.

Online reservation was incorrect about what was available at the store

She sold me the wrong storage and Jipped me out of my money.

My one latest rental was a truck w/trailer. At the end of my haul, on the way home, the hitch ball nut came off. Luckily no damage or injury occurred. I am not impressed with their maintenance procedures.

I would never go back here. I called this place and spoke to a lady here and she hung up on me when I went here in person they where not friendly at all.
