Friendly Staff. Great selection of pool floats and accessories as well as pool chemicals and items for running your pool. Free water analysis while you wait. Prices are probably comparable with other stores with the same items, but keeping up any pool can get pricey when you need a lot of chemicals. Great location with plenty of parking.

Dealt with Andrew and he was a straight up honest guy who didnt try to upsell me! He only told me and sold me only what I needed. I will go back there due to the service I received. Prices though are a different story 😃!

The staff here are so helpful. They hooked me up with the products I needed to turn my swamp back into a beautifully clean pool. The manager, Andrew, was extremely helpful and encouraged me to call if I had any questions during the process. When I took him up on that offer, he was extremely nice and kept me on the right track to a clear pool. Thanks, Andrew!

I was reluctant to go to this store because of previous bad experiences. I was pleasantly surprised to find the lights on and store open (it wasnt always open when it was supposed to be). I was greeted by a gentleman named Andrew who turned out to be the store manager. He was extremely helpful in getting me everything I needed. Customer service has returned to this location! The store is clean, has a wide selection of pool supplies, and the manager was very knowledgeable. I will be back!

I called And, h told him that my Heat Exchanger was on the fritz, he told me that he couldnt do it, BUT He DID tell me how to go about getting it fixed. Amazing Customer Service.

My visit to this Leslies store exceeded my expectations! We recently changed over our hot tub from chlorine to bromine and I have been battling with how to maintain the chemical balance. The store manager, Felicia, took me under her wing and gave me a Bromine 101 Class that was invaluable! She not only took time with me and answered all my questions (and I had a million), but she actually taught me exactly what to do and what to look for. I had been struggling with the water for 2 weeks but within 1 day of doing exactly what she said, my hot tub is perfect! I am so grateful that I decided to go to Leslies! I am so grateful that Felicia took the time to teach me. She didnt just tell me do this, do that, she actually took the initiative to help me understand. She also used my wacked out water sample to train a very nice gentleman that Im sure will be a real asset to this store! I think we both learned a lot thanks to Felicia! A true gem and Leslies is lucky to have her! Thanks again!

Sales clerk didnt ask May I help you or anything like, she just looked at me & finally I began asking my question. Asked for 2 items & was told Never heard of them. Didnt even ask to see the bottle I had in my hand. Algaecide & PH Plus, (Can you guess what the 2nd one does) This type of service I can get free, why should I pay for it?

Dont buy a filter made by Jacuzzi. Mine lasted less than a year and Leslies wouldnt fix under warranty because we installed it. Ill never use this place again, AAA Pools has my business. (Im buying a pump from them tomorrow with a two year warranty, doesnt matter who installs it!)

This is my second year owning a pool. Last year leslies tested my water and provided my with a list of chemical that totaled around $200.00. After following the step by step instructions my pool water looked like a muddy river. I took a new water sample to the same location & was told i had metal in the water. For a nice price Leslies had a chemical to remove the matel. Again after following the step by step instructions Leslies professional told me i would need to drain the pool & try again. This year after talking precautions to reduce the metals i took a water sample to Leslies & specifically asked for a metals test. I was told the water was metal free & hundreds of dollars later my water looks like a muddy river. You are better of learning how to test your water & buying supplies from Wal-Mart they have much lower prices.

Always helpful and efficient. They dont try to sell you lots of stuff you dont need for the most part.
