I went to staples to use the fax machine. I asked several times for help because the fax did not go through. The employee brushed me off with a very short answer and went back to what she was doing. I asked the question again she act like she did not hear me. I asked another employee, he did come to help me but , did not want to. I did what he said but information was not accurate. I asked could he come to see what the error was he got his stuff from behind counter and walked off. I will never go there again.

The 50 minute roundtrip to the Macon, GA Staples is worth it because its always a pleasure when visiting. I am immediately greeted and assisted upon entering the store. I use the printing service often and it is always a smooth process. There are plenty of office supply store near me but I know that I will always receive exceptional quality and service Staples. Thanks to the entire staff for taking pride in your job to serve me!

Nobody seems to know what they are doing at this location, none of them seem to want to be here and most of the employees have attitudes. The man that works here told me to go to a ups store. This is a ups shipping location, why cant you just figure out how to get the job done? What a waste of time!

On the staples website it states that they have a 110% price match guarantee (staples would match Amazon price plus 10% of the difference), however, when I asked for a price match they price matched it equally to Amazon without the extra 10% of the difference. 110% price match guarantee is a lie. Should not have wasted my time and gas buying at Staples. Should have just bought it on Amazon. So buyers beware.

I’ve used staples for miscellaneous printing over the years for my business. Today I attempted to have 10 pages printed and was told I had to go online to place my order and that there were 15 customers in front of me and no chance I could get it done today. I had to wait for 10 minutes for a print shop employee to help me because they were all socializing at the main registers with other employees. I’ve had great service in the past and today was a complete shock. I will never spend another dollar with staples for any printing or office supplies

Been here a couple times before, the printers get jammed pretty often but the staff is nice

A friend told me to come here for the back to school sale. It was a pleasant experience. No competition for parking spaces. Courteous staff, fully stocked store and no extended waiting. The prices were right as well. Will return.

Typical office supply store. They maintain a good inventory of basics with a competent staff that is helpful. Anything from laptop to staplers these guys have they can help you find what you need. Prices are generally in line with what you would pay in most of the supply stores and the location is convenient.

I was reading most reviews saying that they are very helpful, that is true until I came in on 10/01/18 and needed help with the fax machine. There was an older black lady with an afro who has a major bad attitude, this was not the first time I have experience her attitude. Very sharp talking and short answers. I am not a nasty person but she made me one that day. She would make me not return.

The staff are always ready to help. Very nice and respectful. An enormous variety of office and home supplies.

ONLINE AND STORE WAS SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I DIDNT GET MY ORDER AND GUESS WHAT I STILL NEED TO WAIT 2-3DAYS TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD!!! THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER EVEN NO REASON!! I ORDERED IT ONLINE TO PICK IT UP IN 1 HOUR IN STORE AND THEY AUTHORIZED MY PAYMENT, IN THE NEXT DAY I CAME TO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP AND THEY SAID THERES NO ANY ORDER AND ITS LIKE THEY DIDNT HELP ME IM JUST STANDING THERE AND WAITING! SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED? WTH. AND THEY ASKING ME TO MAKE A NEW ORDER AND THEN WHAT? THEY WILL AUTHORIZE ANOTHER PAYMENT AGAIN! NO WAY!!!!THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I WASTED MY TIME!

Great service and timeliness. During the Christmas rush I was able to get in, get the questions I had answered, get the service I needed. Service was provided in the print area by Jessica who was a wonderful profession who got me out of there quickly in spite of a slightly complicated request.

While the wedding invitations we ordered came out perfect, the customer service leave A LOT to be desired.We go to the counter to pick up our online order. The male employee working the counter looks at us then turns back to his computer and asks, What you need?” We told him why we’re in the store and he continues to work on the computer. After about a minute and a half, he finally gets up to find our invitations.He just gave them to us. Truly felt like he didn’t even care if we liked them or not. I didn’t get his name as he wasn’t wearing a name tag.IF I order from Staples in the future, I’ll just wait the extra time to have the item shipped to the house rather than drive out of town to pick them up.

Most of the time i go in i dont need any help, but when i do the staff will assist with my needs in the copy and print department. I dont like that you haveta put your card in first though. They should go back to either using coins or there cards not using your own cause sometimes it over charge and you haveta wait a few days for reimbursement

My company was having a weekend sale and needed signs made & laminated for it. Our marketing team sent in the order to our local Staples store. Not only were the signs completed on time but the manager also made a point to come over and introduce himself while I was there. Michael Threat was not only knowledgeable about what they had done but also offered to help out in any way if the need arose for items needed quickly by our business. I immediately let my own manager know about it just in case that did come up. After our sale was over, Mr. Threat made a trip down to our store on his day off to make sure that everything was done correctly and we were satisfied.
