After exactly one year with Liquid Lawn I am 100% disappointed with the results. I emailed the company once explaining my concerns but received zero feedback. I then called and talked to the Owner/Manager who basically would not allow me to voice my concerns and instead made excuses such as I need to water (which I do continuously), the bad weather (drought like conditions) which is not true, and he stated my gate was locked during a service which was on an unscheduled day (the other side was unlocked) and because I missed one treatment that was the reason my yard looked this bad.One Liquid Lawn technician did respond promptly within two days to diagnose the issues after speaking to the Owner/Manager. He stated that if I wanted my yard to look good again I would have to have them lay sod because they couldnt fix it. My yard wasnt great last year but it looked much healthier than it does today. I have spent approximately $900 over the year.If you look at all the lawns in my subdivision you can see the worse yards all have Liquid Lawn signs in their yard. One half of my yard looks amazing but my neighbor on that side uses the company, Roots. I voiced my concern on my latest email to the company and requested a full cancellation of Liquid Lawn services. You would think the company would care enough to keep their clients but unfortunately for them they never again reached out to me. I am glad this company works well for a lot of reviewers here but unfortunately it did not work out for my family.

I’m sure these guys got tired of me haha. I trusted in them to get my yard right and a year later I have the best looking yard! It takes time but well worth it!

This lawn care specialist is phenomenal. I’ve been with them for almost 2 years. My lawn is immaculate. They are very professional, and on time. They constantly communicate and give a heads up before arrival. I love how detailed they breakdown their treatment plan. I’m grateful for Liquid Lawn my yard is looking amazing thanks to you guys.

***UPDATED Dec. 22, 2020 - Its been three years now and my lawn is finally healthy and weed-free, even when its dormant, but it took time and consistent care. Im glad I stuck with Liquid Lawns program. Thats one chore I can check off my list. SEE UPDATED photos***In Feb. 2018, I signed up with Liquid Lawn because the price was right, and I needed help with my lawn. My backyard had always been a challenge, but comparing the grass from then until now, its made a full recovery. Plus, my front yard looks good, too. Thats one less thing to worry about!

For the past 3 years I have been trying to get my lawn to look good and weed free with no luck. I finally decided to call for help. I called these guys after seeing my neighbors yard. After 2 months I was ready to stop paying because I couldnt see the results, however, it was working. I started noticing patches in my lawn start to fill in, areas were getting thicker and grass getting greener. The notes that are left behind after my lawn was sprayed helped me understand what was done and what or if I needed to do something. They would answer questions if I had them and explain so they I would understand. I will say the most important instruction they would leave is WATER. Without WATER this does doesnt work. So, at they end of the day my lawn looks better than it ever has and I owe it to Liquid Lawn. This is the first winter I have not seen green when my lawn has gone doormat, meaning I have no weeds. You can focus on killing the weeds, but what you need to do is focus on feeding the grass. Liquid Lawn gave me that advice when we started using their services to get rid of crabgrass that was taking over our lawn. Have used Liquid Lawn since March 2018. For years I fought weeds myself. Now my yard looks good year round. LL provides a good service at a reasonable price.

I have been very pleased with Liquid Lawn. I had tried other services and wasn’t pleased with the results I was getting; I am now. I get compliments from my neighbors on how nice my grass looks which hasn’t ever happened before.
