Mrs Darlene is the owner and she is very professional. I frequent her business maybe 3 times a month. She has so many different kinds of services . I have seen her connect with her clients on a personal level. As a matter of fact, I have seen transformations after transformation. She truly loves the world of fitness.

Had my very first bodywrap treatment. I didn’t know what it entailed but the process was great. The staff especially Ms. Darlene was very professional and sweet. I’m feeling rejuvenated after this treatment and I can’t wait for the next one.
