I will n vet return to this fedex office. 4 employees in the store. I was ignored until I asked for assistance. One female employee did assist me with printing paperwork I emailed. Next I found a card I wanted to purchase ( I was the only customer in the store) I walked to the counter to purchase and was completely dismissed by all the employees that saw me. I respectfully left the card on the counter and walked out.

Just want to say thank you to the FedEx team at the Macon location on Tom Hills. The team that works their are truly a group of professionals who go out of their way to help the customers. Visited the store twice while in town visiting family and they packed up the shipments for me and sent them on their way.

Ive been using FedEx Office for years to produce printed products for families that call on our Mortuary to care for them and their loves. I can always depend on them to provide good service & products that help our image as a progressive firm to serve its clients. FedEx has been a God send whenever I needed them. Their team will work to the end to make sure its right and many company faik at that practice. Thanks FedEx Office

We are doing emergency covid testing in the area and I walked inside and asked them if they could just print me up a couple of signs that said covid testing no wait on as big of signs as they had as quick as they could do it. The guy at the counter said that I needed to send him in a pdf and I said I just need those four words on the sign thats it. He refused to do it. Four words man, put it in notepad who cares, we are in a pandemic. Just could not be bothered.

Tonight after I got off work after 9PM, I visited this FedEx location for the first time to drop off a package. David, the gentleman who assisted me, was outstanding. Though the shipping preparation process was long (not his fault-the computer that he was using was experiencing technical difficulties) and that it was almost time to close, he was kind and patient. Earlier today, I went to the FedEx on Houston Ave to ship my package but was unable to because some more information was needed. The gentleman at that location was not as friendly as David at this location was. This FedEx location on Tom Hill Sr Blvd gets a blue ribbon and a gold medal for customer service. If I do need to use FedEx for my shipping needs, I will most certainly return to this location! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! :)

June 2019 - Macon FedEx ROCKS it again! They are literally heroes without capes!!March 2019 - Rodney is such a helpful and courteous team member! I had a big order, on a rush, and he was wonderful to work with! My order was perfect, and he really helped relieve my stress of the last minute project! RODNEY, you ROCK!

Wouldnt give the express delivery guy my package even though he was standing right next to the counter and a second guy pulled up as well to do express pickups and they still wouldnt give them my package to ship. Pretty rude.

I had issues with the printing company I had originally planned to print my wedding invitations. I called FedEx Office at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, the day before my wedding invites should be sent out. Reuben answered my phone call, told me to come on down and hed get my fixed up. He made the process completely painless. I expected to be called on Saturday some time to pick up my order. 7:30pm, 3 hours after I first called the store, I got a phone call telling me my order was ready!! I am thrilled, they look great! And I am so thankful the FedEx team got it finished so fast!

I went to Office Depot in Warner Robins trying to get something printed, after all the decisions were made, I was told it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow after all, as the online print jobs had priority over a real human in the store! This happened before coming here. FedEx took excellent care of me. Prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Worth the 40 minute drive. Thanks Lavonda at FedEx, best decision I made in a while.

Christina Ligeikis did a superb job! She and her teammates took care of my small task quickly with a wonderful spirit of helpfulness. When I accidentally left a folder with sensitive documents on a nearby shelf, they filed it away in a secure location and contacted me (through Facebook messenger of all things) within 10 minutes. Talk about resourcefulness and dedication! Wonderful people at this location!

I dont know where these other folks with reviews have been going, but I have always had a great experience with this FedEx office. Especially if were comparing to similar businesses in the area. The UPS Stores around town-- they will only have one employee (who has the door locked usually) and the employee will be on the phone the entire time. When I finally started using FedEx, I told them how great it was to be treated with such great customer service. I couldnt believe the difference. Ive only used their shipping and bought packing materials from their store-- I havent used any of their printing type of services yet. But Ive been going there for two or three years now. Ive never had anything but a great experience.

Ive had great experiences at this FedEx. The staff was very helpful, especially when we had a miscommunication. I had to leave before it was resolved and when I came back the next day, theyd looked into everything and I was out the door happy in 5 mins. I highly recommend this place for printing.

This store specifically, not FedEx, has absurd regulations on the types of packaging which is accepted at their counter. I assume this is in an effort to drive sales of their shipping supplies.They refused to accept my drop off package. Because it was wrapped in brown paper.I drove down the street to the post office which accepts FedEx packages (since when?) and they accepted it without any issues.At the end of this, I have learned that I will not be giving any business to this FedEx store location.

I was suppose to receive a package Friday and got a message it was delayed and could get it Saturday before the end of the day so I called to see why it wouldn’t give me a specific time and if I needed to I would travel an hour and a half to come get my package I have been waiting on!!! and they said “if it’s not there by 8 call back immediately and so I did just to find out they are closed at 8 so now I’m waiting on my package to come Monday... Super mad! They acted like they didn’t even want to talk RUDE!

Ive been to many Kinkos and this one is the worst. I was trying to print out some things but had forgot my USB drive. The employee told me I could email it to their service. Im sure thats a great service but when the Wifi wont load your email, it is in fact a terrible service. So, I had to buy a USB to print. They did not sell manila folders which I would expect to be standard at an office supply store. Employees were not extremely helpful. The only saving grace is that their self-service printers and copiers do work and are easy to use.

Dumb as a box of rocks! Bought online products that was unfortunately shipped by FedEx. It arrived in town about 5:30 a.m. on Sat. and the tracking stated out for delivery. Nothing! Called on Monday the local shipping office and they stated that they load trucks a day ahead of time and thats why it was listed as out for delivery when it was in fact waiting on a truck for the next days delivery. Now, she wants me to believe that they have two sets of trucks and it takes a day to load a truck? So that they can keep costs down and say we deliver on Saturday, they dont deliver anything on a Monday.Looked at the tracking on Wed. Said it was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Called the local FedEx shop which went to a call center. Gave this guy who speaks English as a foreign language the tracking number. He asked me if Id looked at the front door and behind bushes? How stupid is that? Asked me if Id went around and asked the neighbors if the package had been delivered there. I asked why should I have to go to six houses or so in the rain to find a package that that they mis-deliveredAfter having visited the local shop, I can see why it goes to a central call center. They probably dont know what that riniging sound is on a phone and what youre supposed to do when it goes off.

I went 3 times to this fedex. And every time i went back i said this will be a better time but its not. Slow pace of work customer service is aweful. And when you need help everybody trying to pass you to somebodys else. Or ignore you.

If you value your packages take them somewhere else. The box I shipped was received damaged .It had been dropped on the corner and had a puncture from a forklift. Ruined a set of vintage speakers. They just blew it off and said they werent responsible.

I work in customer service and the treatment my Aunt and I received was extremely disappointing and disheartening. My Aunt accidentally dropped her debit card in the store. She only used the the copier. One of the associates was standing right next to her and there was another customer at the printer adjacent to her. She went out to her vehicle and realized she did not have her card. She went back inside to ask if someone picked it up. She was informed If someone found it would be kept it at the desk. I came to the establishment to assist her with locating her card. When we came inside together, the associate closing with the manager immediately stated we are closed before my aunt could even ask to look one more time. She asked if she could look in the area she was in once more. She also asked to see surveillance footage in which David stated he couldn’t do that. He asked us to leave. As my aunt and I proceeded to look by the copy machine, David said m’am don’t go back there and provided extremely poor customer service demanding us to leave while we looked on the floor intently. We still looked by the machine. David walked to the door and told us we could come back at 8am. If anyone has ever lost something, let alone a debit card, it is stressful. We did nothing to David. Furthermore, his associate showed no empathy or consideration. David was very unprofessional and condescending indicative of him stating “ see you at 8 in the morning.”
