We hired this company to clean our offices. At times, I was pleased at other times I was appalled at the lack of professionalism. Several times, the person cleaning one office failed to show up. When he did show up, he didnt do a stellar job. We sent correspondence detailing our complaints to the franchise owner. After this happened, we actually caught him sleeping in our waiting room. We sent a picture to Jani-King.After this, we cancelled the contract for the last month and cleaned the office ourselves, but Jani-King decided that we should still have to pay the remainder of our contract - despite the fact that they literally slept on the job - stating that notice to the franchise owner didnt constitute notice to Jani-King! Unfortunately, our other office is still under a contract. Rest assured we will be cancelling as soon as this contract is up. This company is too inconsistent for me.
