Just a heads up for others: They charge a huge fee just for coming out to do an estimate. Ive talked to 4 other companies so far and every single one will do a free diagnosis/estimate. They also wont give you the price for services unless you get a diagnosis which is just...wow.

They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Very direct, no headgames.I dont like to throw shade, but there are a lot of plumbers in the Macon area in particular who act as if the Lord himself has called them into this line of work, but Im not so certain it was the Lord Jehovah and not perhaps the dark lord, because so many of these other companies do not know how to treat their customers. And they are all related to each other by blood.Covenant is not related to that line but covenant understands customer service.

Hot water heater went out and I contacted my home warranty company. Coventry plumbing was the contractor to do the work. They worked with me through the whole process of my warranty even going above and beyond to make sure that my job was done ASAP. Everybody I had contact with from the company was very respectful and very professional. I recommend them to anybody who has hot water or plumbing issues. Thanks for a great job!

We have used Covenant Plumbing multiple times and have always had a good experience. Recently, our hot water heater went out and Covenant worked with our home warranty company to efficiently get a water heater to us as soon as possible. Jean was very responsive and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend when you are in need of a plumber!

Both items were addressed for a reasonable price and the repair work was completed quickly in a very professional manner. Soon thereafter a company representative made follow-up call to assure that I was completely satisfied with the results.Because of their quality work and customer attention, I have recommended Covenant Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors.

We had a plumbing emergency (hot water heater burst) ... Covenant Plumbing moved their schedules around and were at our house in under an hour. They took care of the standing water in our basement, took off the old hot water heater, installed the new one AND they didn’t gouge us on fees or extra stuff. I was blown away by their service. Outstanding customer service! My wife complained at 6:30 AM that there was only warm water to get ready for work. When I checked, I saw that our aging gas water heater was leaking and worried that a replacement would require a few days. I found Covenant Plumbing at BBB and noted the A+ rating and excellent customer reviews. I checked out the company website and noticed that this is a faith-based business.Shortly after sending an email detailing my situation, I received a reply urging me to call the office number. I was offered a service visit for a no-cost estimate after lunch along with the possibility that the owner might be able to stop by mid-morning. To my delight, I received a follow-up phone call at mid-morning to notify me to expect a visit in a few minutes. That happened.After a firm handshake and efficient inspection, I received an estimate with a concise and clear explanation for the charges. Upon my approval, the new water heater was ordered to be delivered right away and a second plumber was called to assist as soon as possible. The old heater was promptly drained, disconnected and removed.The new heater was delivered and the old one hauled away. Anticipating a short delay for the other plumber to complete work for another customer, I was politely asked if I could wait until late morning to complete the installation. As promised, the pair professionally and efficiently finished the installation forthwith. I was assured that, if any need arose for service, the response would be prompt - 24/6 as Sunday is not a work day.I am very satisfied with the expert work and sincere customer service, and recommend Covenant Plumbing as a dependable and trustworthy company.

Do not use this company - i pre-paid for their service they made an appointment with me - then called four hours prior and cancelled the appointment unless i pay them more money for a job they had already been paid for - then started berating other companies - very unprofessional - very rude - when told that they had already been paid - i was hung up on. - i plan to report to better business also - do not trust them

The plumber followed professional protocol from arrival and throughout his service time. He was clear with his assessment of the problems presented and was pleasant to work with. The needs seemed to be met as to our toilet and garbage disposal. He noted there is 1 year guarantee on the work. The billing issued was addressed promptly. I would use this company again and request this plumber if possible.

These folks are honest and they dont work on commission. If they cant help you, they will recommend someone who can and not try to fleece you. I called after hours and they had a technician (Jerry) at my home within the hour as promised. Good folks!

I called Covenant Plumbing about three plumbing problems I was having. They arrived on schedule and fixed all of the problems to my complete satisfaction. A few days later Covenant Plumbing called to make sure that everything was working properly. A very Professional Company that cares about their clients. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I would not use this outfit again these people will try to nickel and dime you to death I had a toilet issue and I called covenant plumbing and was told by the lady it would be $55 for them to come out and look at the issue and if they did the work it would be rolled into the bill! They’re service technician Wesley shows up an hr and a half late from the original appointment takes my toilet up and tells me my floor is rotten and then packs his tools up leaves the toilet where he set it! And charges me $90 and says I have to have another contractor come fix the floor before they can fix it! I was fine with that but he refused to put the toilet over the hole, I planned on taping the toilet shut until I could get it repaired, BTW Dennis Smith my grand father is a long time customer of yours and he will no longer use your business nor will any of my other family members thanks for nothing you fu****g crook! I would give this place negative 10 stars if it was an option!

I first called this outfit because I couldnt locate a leaking pipe. The tech arrived on time and isolated the leak beteen the meter and the house by installing a cutoff value ($150.00). The tech then told me he would come back the next day and give me an estimate and to cover the hole he dug and repair the pipe he broken. Why the next day puzzles me. Over the weekend I probed around the yard and located the broke pipe. 20 minutes worth of digging and $9.00 for glue and primer my probiem was solved.I called the office Monday to see what the next day means to them. An hour or so later the tech call me to give me an estimate over the phone. $1229 to make the repair. And $125.00 to fix the pipe he broken if I didnt go with his estimate. Well I told him to come cover the hole he dug and fix the pipe he broken and I will not be paying for that. They came out and took care of that at no charge and went about their way. He was trying to charge me major money for a small job I definetly wont be useing their service in the future.
