I had a great experience at soundsource. The installer BJ is the best. He is a man of his word and his work is of great quality. I listened to BJ with what he recommended for my 2016 Ford F150 and I could not be any happier. I will say he is the best in Middle Georgia. Thank you for your professionalism and great work.

Went in for a consult and it took a few days to hear back, but they wanted to be certain that they were accurately quoting me as my wife’s car (now ex wife) was definitely a challenging vehicle, but they were up to the task. When I arrived, they quickly got to work and didn’t stop until every aspect of the install was perfect. Couldn’t be happier! This is my second review for Sound Source and as I wrote in my first review I am a firm believer in reading reviews. Once again on my second install done by Cameron as it said was very happy. However 3 days later my sub blew. Long story short. Went back up today and with no hesitation Clay took care of me and gave me a great price. Now side note I did buy a used Sub but the the credit he gave me toward the new sub was a hell of a deal. I never bought used anything for subs. However I gave this a chance it didnt work out. But no matter what clay still took great care of me. Once again Happy customer and will continue to send people his way. Also highly recommend do your research you will see clay has best prices.💯💯💪💪👊👊

My radio had an error on it, took it back to the place that installed it and they weren’t able to help me. Took it to sound source and BJ came right out and it took him 2 minutes to fix it! I would recommend him to everyone, friendly and professional!

These people gave us a terrible offer on a set of subs. They wanted $50 for a well over $300 set. They were also very rude when we asked for a refund. The biggest rip off I could think of.

Outstanding customer service, so much that this is my first ever review for any business. Soon as I arrived, they asked me to pull my truck around to see what was wrong with my system. They found that my amp no longer worked and replaced it within 30 mins. Will not hesitate to go here again for my audio needs. As being a new customer, I was treated far better than expected I felt as if I had been a returning loyal customer. Whereas my experience with Kens audio was my biggest disappointment, Ill be putting my experience with them on their reviews.

Its a great auto audio specialist shop and store. They only charge you like $25 to install a stereo/cd player in your vehicle. They will figure out what is wrong with your cars audio and fix it at a reasonable price. They also sell a bunch of audio things for your vehicle such as speakers, amps, stereos, aux cables....etc. Very professional and alot cheaper than anywhere else like Kens.

I have had 3 systems put in 3 different vehicles and this is the only place I allow to do it and BJ is the ONLY person I want to do it :-) I Highly recommend this establishment!!!!

I received excellent service at Sound Source. Even in the midst of the busy tax season I got all my questions answered by experienced sales people who had actual experiences with the products. I ended up getting over $1000 in stereo stuff and I must say I got alot for my money. Kens and Audiozoo quoted me far more for less wattage and speakers. I got a great deal on my Kenwood stereo, amps, subs, and PRV mids and highs. Trevor the installer had me in and out in a timely fashion and showed me how to work everything before I left. Will be back with my other automobiles.

Absolutely horrific experience.....cant sand a subwoofer box because its too hot..dont want saw dust on you when you are hot....simply lazy staff....the owner is just as non chalant ..very unprofessional....people laying around watching tv.....I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Friendly customer service with a wide range of audio video equipment. From entry level to competition level equipment I was impressed at how they can accommodate any level of audiophile.

Unprofessional made 9am appointment to have alarm install nobody showed. When they qouted labor another guy who worked there told the installer he was being cheap because he would charge more. I went to zoo audio same day and installed for cheaper.

Looks like a pawn shop and no one cared to help me at all. Didn’t see any nice NAMED BRAND equipment either.
